    Am going to another e-mail,you are so sorry it is pathetic BRING THE OLD PLATFORM BACK that was up for years,I will never pay for not having your stupid ads at all,but you have turned into being so totalitarian about it.I hope you have all the members leave will serve you right,I am getting another Source for e-mail and transfer all to it and delete you completely,you are sorryiest company around!

  3. sign-in security

    I really would like to have 2-step sign-in for security. Currently I put my user name in and get a popup on my phone asking me if I am signing in to which I click yes or no. I get a lot of people trying to sign into my account this way and get the popup to confirm. I'm 66 and people my age unfortunately are more prone to do absentminded things. I'm so worried that I will accidentally click 'yes' to one of these people trying to log into my account and I frankly don't know what to do…

  5. SEARCH process

    When using the search process, PLEASE CONSIDER: when in the inbox, search for emails FROM that entity; but when in the sent folder, search for emails TO that entity. Or just make the entire search process include BOTH inbox and sent.

    Also regarding sent emails: these need to be kept in the sent file AND in any other files we choose to use with the name of the recipient. I send sometimes 50 emails a day, and some of my emails are sent to different individuals at the same company. It is mind boggling time consuming to have to open/close…

  7. You're crippling Yahoo Mail because I use an Ad Blocker. I'm GONE!

    I've put up with the annoying unblockable "ad" that looks like a subject heading at the top of the email list but which is actually a stupid ad. Now you're harassing me about using an Ad Blocker -- again. This happened a while back, and it was worse then -- we couldn't even get into our emails. Now, it's just a major annoyance. And it's the last straw. I've gone over to free Outlook.com. And with a little investigation I found the one thing that Yahoo had over other web emails -- tabs. If you right click an email subject…

    Your website is being supported by the ad company's revenues that you have chosen to allow to display their ads on your site. Stop the illegal, double-dipping by forcing the user to pay for an ad free experience or suffer a less than stellar experience that YOU got them used to by forcing them to “upgrade” their in box to your new features!   9. yahoo freezes the screen email

    Yahoo has taken to freezing my email screen because they don't like my ad blocker. They post offensive ads on my email screen and then block my access to email when I block their offensive ads.

    If they don't stop soon I'm just going to switch to GMail -- they have a safer service anyway.

  13. Android equivalent to hovering over sender's name

    When looking at your inbox in the browser version of Yahoo mail on a laptop, you can hover over the sender's name to see if it is span (ie, info@amazon.com vs agyedjc@spam.net).

    This feature is non-existent in the Android app version. The only way to know if it came from who it says it did is to open it

    As an I.T. professional, I know the potential danger of opening email from spammers.

    Please add a way to see the email address behind the user's name, in the Android app (and iPhone version as well, I presume).

  15. Mail forwarding with Filters

    Hi, I should have an option to enable auto forwarding of my emails with choice like applying some conditions of subject and others. If condition matches, it should forward a copy to the other email recipient.
