Backspace button should delete just ONE character, not whole page!
During typing a "reply" to a yahoo email, I hit the backspace button to erase one character, the whole page long text disappeared!
Because I am a one finger typist, that made me very angry and decided
to use other email provider. Does yahoo pushes a yahoo plus this way? -
Email search shows a few recent items and then hangs forever
Every time I do a search, whether it is in an individual folder or globally, it shows a few recent emails, or maybe just one, and then hangs forever; I don't mean just a delay, I mean HOURS later the little thing is still spinning. Please fix this so that it is possible to search through ALL emails!

Please Learn to Block Unwated Spam for your Loyal Users
Please improve your spam blocking protocol/algorithms. It couldn't be more obvious that emails like "news@899061084200261.msn.com, sales@bzdpztya.msn.com, marcos.lemos@4385834326681.msn.com, info@usbcmvod.msn.com, marketing@4864081703669.msn.com, info@nyqdnaca.msn.com" are spam. I get at least 7-10 emails a day that are blatantly fraudulent, fake offers & emails that could be easily blocked. You do a diservice to your long term users by allowing this trash through. You should be incredibly disappointed in your product & in the inability of your developers to create a decent spam blocking algorithm.

Enter key does not cause a new line when composing an email...
I can't start a new paragraph. When composing email the return/enter key does not go to new line. I work online using many apps all day long and only Yahoo compose mail is doing this! I am using the latest version of Firefox, which I really like over other featureless browsers; so not interested in changing Browsers. ?? Anyone know how to correct this issue??.

These are legitimate emails so the Yahoo mail filter clearly not working correctly at all and we need this fixing NOW (or sooner!) -
Why are you blocking ricardo.ch?
You just decided on my behalf to block all emails coming from this selling platform... WHY? Why should you know better than me which emails I should get, or should not get? Getting their emails is the ONLY purpose of my email address at Yahoo! So please put them back on whatever you call your "whitelist", so I can go on working! You are ignoring all my communication - it's just a shame! You are not longer a provider, you are being a disturbance right now!

I understand the needs for ads. But I am tired of seeing a Viagra ad plastered all over my email every time I log in. I'm female and I don't need Viagra, thanks. It's annoying and offensive.
Also this "feedback" mechanism is a joke. I hit "post idea" and get a 404 page? Yeah, that shows how much Yahoo cares. Yahoo sucks. Maybe they need Viagra.

Inappropriate In-box and Folder Ad Mining.
This goes too far. I accept the Yahoo ads as part of the agreement, and cannot upgrade. But today, for the first time in 15 years of having the account, when I tried an email search for purple flowers, as I was trying to find the email where I had put a name to the flowers growing in the back yard - instantaneously, an ad appeared to sell me purple flowrs. Windwos 11 mail app on other language.
I have a problem with yahoo mail settings on Windwos 11 mail app in Japanese language pack. i installed Japanese langeuage version and mail app do not show US yahoo app on mail app. I went ot settings and add account and no yahoo icon shown. I added the detail manually and does not work.
