DONT DELETE OUR MAILS.
Yahoo has DELETED ALL my mails since 2001. I had Reactivated my yahoo account three years back. Today I find all my OLD mails gone. It has been done by Yahoo.
Yahoo is doing Criminal things. Not Acceptable. I wish I had never opened account in Yahoo. *******

blocking emails from legitimate senders and unsubscribing me without my permission
- emails are not arriving - not even going to spam - they are just blocked.
- you unsubscribed me from a number of legitimate subscriptions on 29th Sept
- If I sign up to a webinar on Zoom, you block the confirmation email
Basically ymail has become unusable. WTF are you all doing over there?

sign in helper not helping
recovery helper isnt working. i put the email i need help recovering and it sends the recovery code to the email that i cant use at the moment because it is asking me to sign back in. i tried other ways to sign back in and it just tells me that there is no other options for my account, its frustrating that i keep having issues with yahoo and always having issues with the email always kicking me out. please fix.

Using any of several version Chromebooks: Your vertical scroll bar remains hidden until I "hide advertisement" (which limits frequency of use), & even then shows too thin to easily hook & slide.

Bug: Yahoo Mail Sending Multiple Copies of Emails Despite Single Send Command
When using the web version of Yahoo Mail (no email client or app),it sent three emails to the same sender with the exact same date stamp et al.
This is very embarrassing and my email may appear as spam as a result to the sender.

Why are there so few themes to choose from? And why on Earth are there no seasons or holiday themes? I HATE the lack of themes
Please add seasons and holiday theme options. Your current (lack of) themes are horrible. Yahoo is lumping us all into one very tiny box of themes that in no way represents the majority of it's users. This complaint has been around ever since you changed this, WHY have you not address it yet? I have been with Yahoo for 25+ years but I'm about to bag it and move to it's competition if they don't start giving us options.

More Theme Options & Customizeable Themes
Please add more color options to the themes already present on Yahoo mail. Add new colors as well as new backgrounds. Or, allow us to be able to add our own background option with a jpg upload. It is tiring seeing the same themes over and over again for the last several years. More themes would be great, especially given Gmail has a lot of theme options... so why not Yahoo mail as well?

Trash Folder
I jest had 69 old messages in my Yahoo Archive mail folder show up, NOW I had 59 old messages in my Gmail Trash folder show up that have been deleted for over 30 days. Get with it!!!!!!

Backspace button should delete just ONE character, not whole page!
During typing a "reply" to a yahoo email, I hit the backspace button to erase one character, the whole page long text disappeared!
Because I am a one finger typist, that made me very angry and decided
to use other email provider. Does yahoo pushes a yahoo plus this way? -
Email search shows a few recent items and then hangs forever
Every time I do a search, whether it is in an individual folder or globally, it shows a few recent emails, or maybe just one, and then hangs forever; I don't mean just a delay, I mean HOURS later the little thing is still spinning. Please fix this so that it is possible to search through ALL emails!

Please Learn to Block Unwated Spam for your Loyal Users
Please improve your spam blocking protocol/algorithms. It couldn't be more obvious that emails like "news@899061084200261.msn.com, sales@bzdpztya.msn.com, marcos.lemos@4385834326681.msn.com, info@usbcmvod.msn.com, marketing@4864081703669.msn.com, info@nyqdnaca.msn.com" are spam. I get at least 7-10 emails a day that are blatantly fraudulent, fake offers & emails that could be easily blocked. You do a diservice to your long term users by allowing this trash through. You should be incredibly disappointed in your product & in the inability of your developers to create a decent spam blocking algorithm.

Enter key does not cause a new line when composing an email...
I can't start a new paragraph. When composing email the return/enter key does not go to new line. I work online using many apps all day long and only Yahoo compose mail is doing this! I am using the latest version of Firefox, which I really like over other featureless browsers; so not interested in changing Browsers. ?? Anyone know how to correct this issue??.
