  1. Fake SMS comes as Two Step Verification SMS Code

    Thank you Yahoo! for two step verification for safety. But recently I have experienced that every time when I select the option of SMS in two step verification, in first place fake SMS with verification code comes which is not from Yahoo!. I used to ignore it and ask for resend the code. In second time a correct Yahoo! verification code comes via SMS by saying ******** is your Yahoo verification code.
    Recently I was getting call from another country (+92) even if I have asked for SMS code. When I have reported to helpline number, for few days everything…

  2. Unable to send mail!

    I changed my password recently and i have been unable to send messages through my mail for over 24 hours. I tried to sign up for the yahoo plus support but i have been unable to due to my location in Nigeria. How come there is no other option for me to rectify this and why am i unable to send messages even after 24 hours of changing my password? i have verified my security details over and over again and i still have this issue. It is really disappointing!

  4. Yahoo Contacts sync is currently experiencing problems It will be back shortly

    On my Samsung Android 11 phone, sync of Yahoo contacts is not working since a few weeks. I reinstalled the mail app and re-added the Yahoo mail account. But it makes no difference. I systematically get the error message:
    "Sync is currently experiencing problems. It will be back shortly"
    I don't see how to set this right. I guess I will have to abandon Yahoo soon.

  5. Allow me to view ALL of my email. Fix the error, "We couldn't load this message. Retry"

    It's clear many of us have experienced an issue for years when clicking on certain emails. Yahoo states, "We couldn't load this message. Retry" - but on like 50% of my messages, all from different senders. The only consistency in this error is Yahoo.

    All of a sudden, when I try to check my email, instead of displaying my current messages, all I get is an ad for a feature that I have no interest in using. How do I get rid of this message and see my current emails again?

  8. Stop auto-deleting tracked emails sent from Outlook. When a recipient sends a receipt the original sent email is auto deleted.

    When emails from a Yahoo sender using Outlook are tracked for "read" or "receipt," the original sent email is automatically deleted when the recipient responds. The sent email is not placed in the deleted folder - it disappears completely unless recovered by Yahoo.

  9. Received the email of another account

    Hello! I just received the email that was sent by a company to a similar email, but not mine! How is this possible ? The first part of the email is almost similar but not the entire alias. Can you please check what happen? I hope that my emails are not sent to others, too....I tried to access support to report the bug but I will not pay for a security issue of Yahoo...so BE KIND AND CHECK ASAP!

  13. "You are offline" in Yahoo Mail, when I'm not offline

    I received the message "You are offline" from Yahoo mail. I went to another tab, searched for Yahoo feedback and followed Yahoo feedback links to here. Back to mail -> clicked left arrow to get back to list of messages and clicked on the message. "You are offline." Um...

    My suggestion is to ensure that I'm the one who is offline before showing me that error message.

    BTW, I went back to the Yahoo mail tab again returned to the list of messages and clicked on a few different messages. "You are offline." Clearly not true because here I am…

    Please fix the delete alias - why have the button if it does not work?
    I see multiple users have this problem. I have two email aliases showing on my account (uk and .com) - I never set up the .com version and am receiving loads of spam on it.

  20. Blocking random emails

    I have an outlook email forwarded to my yahoo and it started blocking it for no reason and I can not undo the action. I have now had to change it to another email and see if that works. BOO
