Dear Sir, the Yahoo Small Business email is driving up the wall and I am unable to contact anyone at all either through the phone given or any email. Btw my email is *****@moguls2.com and I am unable to receive any email for the last 5 days and this is affecting my business. badly. Would appreciate if someone can email me or call me on my record and tell me how I can resolve this asap. It is so stupid of Yahoo to need a password to go to their help page when I am having problems with my password.

Just like everyone else, this new email thing is a PROBLEM. I am trying to work, using my business email and I'm leaving the country on Friday for a month. I need my email to function! At the moment, I get the following error message:

I can't log into my email on my Apple Mail on either my computer or phone. All of my fancy signatures, pre-set email messages, etc, are in Apple Mail. Using the Yahoo app and browser interface are NOT useful to me. Please help me get my email working again before I leave…

yahoo turned off ALL my emails today
Here is an idea for Yahoo:
Do not turn off my email from receiving daily emails like you did today.
Otherwise, I have to STOP yahoo mail and got to Gmail.

suspicious
Using Yahoo with WiFi connection at WiFi fluctuations the account gets closed automatically and time after time the suspicious activity error prevents return to normal operation. The amount of new passwords necessary is hugh.
Other mail providers like gmail and hotmail etcetera do not have that problem and WiFi mailing is supple. Yahoo error help does not include this problem nor does an option appear where you can lodge the issue for the particular account itself.
Please reduce the Yahoo connecting sensitivity for WiFi fluctuations so time at the keyboard can be spend mailing instead of ever procedural suspicious activity…

verifying phone
on signing in it asks me to verify my number. I get the number sent to my phone and enter what arrives and each time it says oops something went wrong. Why have this feature if it doesnt even work. Very frustrating

email not sending - from both phone and desktop
I have been trying to send emails for two days now and they do not leave the draft or outbox. And they don't bounce back. I send from another provider and it works fine. I deleted and reinstalled the app on my iphone, still does not work. And the emails aren't sending from the desktop either. The troubleshooting page does not help.

Please do not add '8' after Country Code +7
For the phone verification, you should not add '8' after country code +7 (Russia). Yahoo default is automatically adding '8' before my mobile number. Therefore, I will never be able to verify it because Yahoo SMS/Call verification cannot get trough the invalid number.
Please remove the '0'. Thank you.

Account Security no longer goes to account security, it goes to the email inbox. This is the case for links in emails directly from Yahoo as well as the help screens and account settings. Any reference to account security, when clicked takes me to my email inbox.

YahooGroups Messages Can Be Sent But Not Received Using 'New' Yahoo Mail
Inbound e-mail addressed to my long established Yahoo.com e-mail address that is distributed from the CSXTSightings YahooGroup to which I am subscribed is no longer appearing in my 'inbox' since the forced 5/29/19 YahooMail 'upgrade'. I've checked my 'spam' folder and I don;t have any 'filters' set up to block or redirect mail elsewhere. Fellow YahooGroup members with other e-mail providers are not having any problems receiving mail from the CSXTSightings YahooGroup, just myself and others with Yahoo.com e-mail addresses. E-mail sent to the group from Yahoo Mail appears on the group home page and is sent as expected to…

a different mobile number is auto generated in yahoo email id
I see someone else's mobile number on my email ids auto-generate ID card. This is annoying and ridiculous. I urge Yahoo to immediately rectify this error and help to put my registered Mobile number with Yahoo on auto-generated email id.
