  1. Removal of apps that have access to my email

    Said I should go to https://api.login.yahoo.com/WSLogin/V1/unlink?.intl=us&.scrumb=oGuZry/Yg97 to remove apps that have access to my email.

    Went there and I could not remove any of the apps even though the page had live links for doing so. Please remove these two apps from having access to my acct:

    signin.shld.net Remove
    signin.whitepages.com Remove

  2. continuous refreshing errors

    My email will not refresh. I have tried to get my new mail through a Samsung tablet, a desktop computer and my iPhone. I emailed myself and I did not get anything in my inbox. If this issue isn't fixed soon, I'm just going to delete my account since there is no personal help available. Also I'm not upgrading to Pro when your basic product doesn't work.

  3. Email wont refresh & CAN'T FIND HELP!

    Yeah, hey Yahoo.
    Maybe you should provide a support contact that is a real person and if that already exists, make it a bit easier to find than the holy grail! I have been looking for over a hour and can't find a link for simple email support. I understand your quick links with useful info (in the help section) is great, but what about when you require more??!
    I shouldn't have to look all over creation to find a PERSON to help me when YOUR product is acting up!
    Do better and please provide me with a support contact!

  4. Cant find contacts and can't edit my contact lists. Where is the "contacts" in upper left? It is missing

    Either put "contacts" back where it was or give me the new location. I must be able to edit my contacts list!

  5. Fix New Mail, inbox just shows white screen, Had to go back to classic.

    The new mail system will show up to compose a message but as soon as I try to use the inbox it goes to an all white screen with no HTML controls.

    At least give us an error message and a way to get to classic mail.
    If I hadn't found the settings on a compose email attempt, I would have had to stop using Yahoo mail.

  7. Any particular reason After entering password, it took 5 minutes to display my email? Two email account same frustration?

    With the above in the Browser search bar, after sign-in and entering password, twp of my yahoo mail accounts took 5 minutes to open?

    Even after I cleared cache and did all the usual troubleshooting

  8. Mail icon in upper right of screen says I have new email. I open email & nothing new there. So is it a glitch or am I not getting my emails?

    When the email icon shows I have new emails, I go to email and nothing new there. So is it a glitch in the program or am I missing emails which are now lost in space somewhere?

    My name suddenly changed from Yahoo 1 to Edward Zou! I NEVER changed the settings, but why did it become someone else?! This is soooooooooooo weird!

  15. correct your sorting order newest on top??

    in the inbox section, while I choose to sort by newest first, it signals every mail that I got on Sunday let say as being receive today and then Saturdays are yesterday. mails received in 2015 as in 2017.... WRONGGGGG.

    Need to add email address/domains to a "Safe Sender" list so that Yahoo Mail does not incorrectly mark it as "Message not accepted for policy reasons" & I don't get the message from a valid sender.

    THIS IS ON YAHOO MAIL'S SIDE.

    I am receiving this error message when the e-mail is sent TO ME.

    This is NOT an issue of my e-mail from my Yahoo account being blocked by the receiver.

  18. You just blocked mail to me from my office without putting it anywhere that I can see it

    The only way I found out is my office contacted me, I searched on their email, address and it is suddenly being marked "spoofed." But I would never have known if I did not do that search. I need to see mail blocked as "spoofed." The office created a new email and yahoo instantly blocked that one "spoofed" also. Can't be spoofed: was just invented a few minutes before I received the email.

  19. Update Credit Card Details for MailPlus

    I signed up for MailPlus and was happy to use this and continue paying Yahoo for the service.
    My credit card expired and I found no way to update this. I found no way to contact Yahoo, even though all I only wanted was to give Yahoo money.

    After a few months I stopped chasing Yahoo.

    https://billing.yahoo.com - didn't seem to work.

    Now 2 years later I am being chased to sign up for the new Email Ad Free option from Yahoo, but at a much higher cost.
