   Dear yahoo, It didn't take me long to see from the comments below that I'm not the only person experiencing difficulties. You have screwed up your email big time. I'm happy I use one of your competitors as my primary email account because yours is an unworkable disgrace for all the reasons outlined below. What is particularly amazing is that despite the huge amount of feedback alerting you to the issues, your shambolic email service continues to be a shambles.
   Your credibility is at zero and I sincerely hope that at least out of shame you are taking steps to rectify that to salvage a tiny scrap of pride.

2. Sent mail blanks out most recently sent message

   I've noticed this more and more and it is getting very frustrating. I send an important message and then want to check on it after sending to make sure I didn't forget anything.

   The message will not be at the top of Sent mail. If I refresh the browser I can see the message appear briefly then it will disappear before I can click on it. There is still a space left at the top of the list for the message even though if no longer appears.

   I have to go to Yahoo Mail on my Android which seems to still know how to display the most recent message sent.

   So in summary, I can't see the recently sent message using Yahoo Mail on my PC even though I sent it using my PC. I can sometimes see it instead by using Yahoo mail on Android even though I did not use my Android phone to send it.

   Please look at the view sent messages code (Chrome browser) and figure out why the heck you decide to blank out the top message after a second or two leaving a blank entry at the top of the sent email list.

   Googling this issue is frustrating. Most answers say to configure sent emails to be saved. Eventually after hours or days then sent message will be displayed and not blanked out.

   This has always worked for many years .... please FIX this CRITICAL bug. You must allow users to verify a recent email was successfully sent. Otherwise they will get frustrated and move to another email vendor.

6. picture is wrong. When people send me an email my picture comes up as a different Derek Byrne on Facebook.

   Please correct the avatar picture. On my homepage it comes up correctly but when people send me an email it comes up as a different Derek Byrne ( a friend of mine on facebook.)
   I have a beard. He does not. He is also about 20 years younger

8. WHY ARE MANY OF MY EMAIL "INBOX" MESSAGES NOT BEING SENT TO MY COMPUTER? THEY ONLY SHOW UP ON MY I-PHONE.

11. The recently changed format has more faults than the previous one. Does nobody who edits the format have a YAHOO email account? Clearly not.

    As I said, clearly nobody who edits the format has a YAHOO email account. Otherwise the many problems would be blatantly obvious to them!

17. Please get rid of the **** - my data was breeched by Yahoo and now I'm stuck.

    Would you please amend the mistake which led to my email data being breeched last year. I am bombarded by **** and I've never subscribed to a **** site. I unsubscribe from these messages but they simply use another email address so I'm getting hundreds of unwanted **** emails so need Yahoo to block the site in Mexico.
