  1. recent email missing

    Just switched from classic yahoo email to try the "new yahoo email." The most recent email I received is not showing in my PC inbox when I use my usual sort option--newest on top. The newest email DOES show up on my mobile device, but not on my PC until the next email is received (unless I sort by unread). By sending test emails to my yahoo account from a non-yahoo account, I confirmed that the most recent email does not appear on PC until another, newer email is received.   2. My email inbox is broken

    Hello Support,
    My email account is broken. There's no functional folder anymore ( Inbox, Sent, Spam, even Compose). There's an explanation : Kami sedang mengalami masalah teknis...

  4. Browsing sent emails

    When browsing emails which I have sent, why there is no column "sent to"??
    I can only see I have sent an email to somebody, but I cannot check at one glance to whom I sent it.
    I have to click and open each & every email one by one in order to be able to see the addressee / recipient. This is annoying & not handy at all !!

  5. your email is the worst I have even seen. reading, editing is a big mess of screen space.

    I really regret using Yahoo as a start
    the reading pane, organisation of the screen, I dont even know how to attach a file to the email. attachment does not work. things do not just make any sense. it is not really usable

  11. Prevent my misery

    1) My November & December 2017 drafts disappeared today, Dec. 10. Can I please get them back?

    2) Yesterday and the day before I got messages that my apps had been accessed. Since not by me, I changed my password. But Yahoo wouldn't let me in with my new passwords. It finally let me in because....? What's up?

    3) MY front page seems to alternate between a new format & my original one. When I try to modify the new format's content, I get a message that I can't. Right now it's in my old (happy) format. Is this finally…

  12. This was just a sales pitch. Putting ads on the right. Than putting a offer to take them away IF I make Yahoo my browser. No thanks.

  15. Whenever I delete mail, it doesnt get deleted and reappears in my mailbox.

    I have over 44,000 emails currently in my inbox. Why aren't you letting me delete them. help tbh
