No customer service for account shut down?
Myself and several others (according to the oh so helpful forum) have had their accounts shut down over the weekend for no reason and yahoo refuses to acknowledge it. There is NO customer service to accommodate this.

I get not deliverable messages (mailer daemon) automatic responses for mail that is actually being delivered!
Very hard to get help for a yahoo mail problem.

Also allow 'Contacts' to open in same tab. It opens in a new tab and the info appears to be out of date.

I was informed I used mail from indonesia.. with Hi Desiderius, ienotz@yahoo.com.. this is not the first time this name was used on my acct
desuderius from indonesia keeps trying to access my email. doesnt seem to work wehn i check recent activity but it happens too much!

can't seem to open older emails unless I right click it and open in a new tab
yahoo seems to have grabbed my Chrome bookmarks and put those in the books icon. I had to go to the Bookmarks on the top menu bar to access my Yahoo bookmarks. Now when I click on it, the bookmark list disappears before I can choose and click the bookmark.
PS this feedback system sucks. It asked me to choose an existing idea and then vote on the closest issue but it wouldn't let me actually click on any of the vote buttons. and I did not click on try new Yahoo. I would very much like to go back… -
