inaccurate
I complained that your charts spontaneously reflected wildly inaccurate prices but you said you could not re-create it. I captured a screen shot but this facility does not allow me to attach it. How can I give you feedback? This problem is persistent for me and makes your charts worthless. I am using Chrome.

I agree. My candlestick charts show a huge open/close when I first open the chart, then goes back to normal after. Very annoying to see a giant candlestick clogging up the screen.

Upon opening an intraday chart, the data will look normal, but then there will be an update drawing a spike downward to the pre-market closing price, and then the data will continue back to normal.
You don't need a screenshot. That's exactly what it looks like. This occurs in both Chrome and Firefox, both the latest version and several prior versions, on both Windows and Ubuntu Linux.
Please provide specific examples of your attempts to fix this persistent and often-reported problem.

The last bar on the chart (today's action) is always inaccurate. It will reflect the current (actual) price for a half-second then revert to the low on the day -- without fail. Also, no volume is shown on the last bar. Ironically, the correct price is shown at the top of the page and on the sidebar.

I agree with Tom. If you are going to ask for data, you need a way for us to send you jpg's or such.
I am looking at a 1-day chart of Amazon for yesterday, Friday 12/08/2017, plotted against the DOW & Nasdaq. It says AMZN closed down -0.7%. Looking at my Yahoo portfolio data for the same day, it says AMZN finished up 0.19% and your 5-day chart also shows AMZN finishing up.
Oddly enough, both the portfolio and the 1-day chart show close to the same price of $1,162.00. (I say close because no matter how carefully I move my mouse, I can not get the 1-day chart to show 4:00 PM price - the 3:59 PM price of $1160.81 is the closest I can get) (but this small difference would not explain the 0.26% error in the 1-day chart - it clearly shows AMZN in negative territory for most of the day, when in fact it only went negative for a short time around 2:20 PM).

Wouldn't you know - now I can't re-create it. But I have seen patterns (I spent 35 years as a computer programmer, so I know how to coax out bugs). One pattern is that it is more frequent when I move from one stock's chart to another using the list of symbols on the screen. And the fact that I can't get it to happen now suggests that it may happen only while the stock market is open. The chart always builds correctly, then suddenly the right side of the chart grows a large line representing a large change either up or down from the current price listed on the upper left of the same screen. Once it does that, I can't get rid of it on the chart for that symbol, even if I change the period. And it occurs equally for charts for any of the available periods. This just started maybe 2 weeks ago, suggesting it may have been introduced by a software change made around that time.
