All my mail before September has disappeared. I use yahoo every day and I haven’t deleted them. Can I retrieve them

    Did post yesterday all my important saved documents and mails erased, no reply , called today and place a case # 23773496 the rep. Did not give any explanation , what is going on with yahoo? I see lots of complaints the same issue from different peoples. Can someone help to this important matter please.

    All my folders have been emptied. Also the function that deletes all messages from a sender actually deletes all messages from everyone. Not happy, I had some important information in my folders
