    Hello!
    Please, make back up my mails deleted during my absence because I got a problem of serious illness. I had some important mails that I prefer not to lose. Doing so, you will make me credible towards your excellent services.

    Hi Michael, are you not receiving any emails? Certain emails? Like emails with verification codes? And are you only have trouble on the mobile web? How about Desktop? Can you please check? This will help us narrow down the issue. Thank you!!
