Free phone support should be offered
My mother can no longer access her account because she needs to verify it's actually her. She can't receive the verification code because she has a new phone number. We have tried following suggestions on the help site to no avail. The only option left is to call which isn't free. Not offering free phone support has me thinking I should get rid of my yahoo account before something similar happens to my account. Shame on you yahoo I expected better service than this.
