Bro why is help being blocked behind a paywall. It’s utterly idiotic that I can’t get help for my problem unless I pay money! I tried to even look at the normal “help” things but none of them work for my problem.

Hi Hunter, for any account or sign in issues, yes you will need to Contact our Customer Care team at help.yahoo.com. If you call, they have you prepare a credit card, but they do not charge you.
