    This new version is difficult to use. It is not user friendly. Would be a good idea if send, delete, move, spam and folders was on the same page as inbox

    Absolutely inutile hard to use keeps on stopping annoying new app!!!! Get back to how it was please , it was much easier attractive and on the spot .. this new one is utter garbage of an app.

    Just to let you know the latest update to the Yahoo Mail app is one of the worst things I have ever seen. It's slow clunky and in my humble opinion a step backwards. Many thanks Darren

    I don't understand why are charges to my email setting, this new way is very complicated and hard to navigate. Is very difficult to download documents and printed. Very complicated New sistem

    The old yahoo mail was easier to use ! You could swipe from one mail to the next ore precious. The old version had wide screen. Now you always have to push u button to see mails and pictures in full size! NEVER CHANGE A WINNING TEAM !!!

    With these continual changes you are making your service more and more difficult to navigate for senior, not very computer savvy people like myself. There may soon come a time where, even though I’ve used Yahoo for years, I may be forced to seek another service provider

    I am unable to use the app for yahoo mail. You have OVERDEVELOPED to increase income and now it doesnt work and it feels like blacjmail to speak with a human service person in another country..

    Why on earth would you make the icons into categories??!?? You need to be able to see the actual logo or initials or the image on the left side of the email to determine between real and fake. Like what the **** is this? I’m about to close my account that I’ve had for 20 years. Such a fat one if I get hacked

    Do not automatically force users to adapt and “upgrade” their mail app. The old one was familiar and comfortable while the new is strange and uncomfortable. Please revert me to the prior mail app!
