Hi, I sent couple of emails today but I realized that a couple of them are not listed in the “sent folder.” I questioned if they were actually sent or not, but confirmed with one of my colleagues that they received my email. Would you please fix this issue so I can see all the emails I sent, are kept and listed in the sent folder? Thanks

You app is not working on iphone cant open the mailbox just inbox , the web works fine but not the app lease fixed its a big issue even theres no update

ich habe ein ernstes Problem mit der Yahoo Mail App auf meinem iPhone.

Seit Kurzem werden meine Ordner (Posteingang, Gesendet, Spam usw.) nicht mehr angezeigt. Ich habe keinen Zugriff mehr auf die normale Ordnerstruktur. Stattdessen sehe ich nur noch eingeschränkte Menüs wie „Accounts“ oder „Anpassen“, die mir nicht weiterhelfen.

Wichtiger Hinweis:
Im Browser (am Computer) sind alle meine E-Mails und Ordner vollständig vorhanden. Das Problem betrifft also ausschließlich die App.

Ich habe bereits alles Übliche versucht:
• App gelöscht und neu installiert
• Konto entfernt und neu hinzugefügt
• erneut angemeldet

Das Problem besteht weiterhin unverändert.

So ist die App für mich aktuell nicht nutzbar. Bitte teilen Sie mir konkret mit, wie ich die normale Ordneransicht wiederherstellen kann oder ob es sich um einen bekannten Fehler handelt.

Ich erwarte eine zeitnahe und klare Lösung.

I cant get pass the log in page after I sign into the android, this problem started after the most recent update. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app a few times, cleared the cache, used both mobile and wifi. Nothing works it jist loads indefinitely. I could get my yahoo mail using gmail link or google chrome.
