1. Give a delete ALL option for inbox. One click button like you have for trash and spam. It would be easy for you to do

   Why can’t you add a delete all option to inbox like you have on the trash? I know you can do it. And it would be easy. But you won’t. You want to make it as hard as possible to delete emails so people are forced to buy storage. I think that’s real scammy of a company. You go and decrease the storage amount because you know people will be over the limit, and then not able to send or receive emails which is a problem because price get important emails every day and cannot be without email and can’t spot there for endless amounts of time manually deleting emails because you make it as difficult as possible and extremely time consuming so we are forced to buy storage. That is not an honest company. I will be switching once I get things in order and I’ll let everyone I know about my terrible experience.

9. Return the function that deletes all the messages in the inbox

   Could you please delete my entire inbox?.. This system you set up is not user friendly.. There used to be a function to delete the entire inbox... Why would you remove it?.. Its a large job.. so. If you could delete the entire inbox that'd be great..

    I've used Yahoo Mail for over 25 years, and now you have found a way for me to need to change all that!
    My business thrived on my ability to find my customers. Now you have taken a working system and BROKEN it! If there is no way to revert back to the working email system I had before, I'm going to cancel my PAID membership and start using the GOOGLE empire...
    
    FALSE ALARM! I mean, OLD MAN ALERT! I use Google Browser and I pressed a button called "Mobile View Switcher". Nothing happened. The next day, BANG! My Yahoo Email was crippled! TG I figured it out. My Yahoo Email is the most essential internet service after my Shopping Cart!

12. Quit limiting accounts

    You just want money for a free service which is pathetic. I deleted almost my whole email info on the app and it’s still there on the webpage version. UPDATE THIS or lose me as a customer. I’ll switch to Google. And I’ve had my yahoo email for 30 years.

    Your email quality has gone down!

    Your system Used to REMEMBER people's email addresses WITHOUT having to add as a contact!

    Why did that change?

    Now I have to go back thru old emails to get their info and add as a contact because your stupid system doesn't remember any of my contacts as it used to!

    Have a toll free number to call for problems with Yahoo mail. Or as an alternative have a free chat troubleshoot Iine. It is almost impossible to get free Yahoo assistance. Not acceptable!

    Not being able to see emails because you guys to decided to put a storage error in place is unacceptable. Any ways to get money. Now I can no longer retrieve emails that were sent because you guys decided to put a limit on storage for money. I will be going to another email domain. My emails are gone forever. You do not have the decency to even archive for when people do purchase the storage. Why am I purchasing storage just to get the emails that you stopped me from receiving? I have missed important information because of you guys negligence and selfishness. I’ve had yahoo for years and never have dealt with anything in the such. I will no longer support such behavior.
