  1. Multiple log in issues: why am I being told to wait an hour, being asked if I’m a robot, being sent verification codes. Fix these issues on!

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. That sounds familiar. Yahoo may at times enforce a login wait to help ensure account security and privacy. There's no way for us to bypass this in the contact center, so we recommend waiting the prescribed amount of time. It's usually fairly short and you can then try logging in again. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

    Samsung browser cannot load customized page. Worked for years but suddenly fails

  5. Fix the scrolling to stop moving

    Please fix the scrolling. Every time I scroll the screen moves left or right because of your background ads! And to top it off for some reason I am always pressing your ads this needs to be fixed I can’t scroll without click an ads this is only with yahoo.

    I can't get into my yahoo mail as it keeps saying it's not working.It gives me the option to close the app.

  7. When is Yahoo mail going to be fixed?

    The mail is all screwed up. I can’t sign in on my computer at all. Mixes my account with my wife’s. Goes in endless loops. Etc.

  8. Fix email

    I can't get into my inbox it tells me it is unable to turn on I changed my password and it still does not let me into my email inbox what gives fix please.

  10. Didn't get my mails

    Dear yahoo. I didn't get my facebook verification code mail for many days . That Facebook account is only one account that i have . So notice my request and fix this bug or problem. You can see my mail history that i got my mail from Facebook but now some few days i didn't get my mails from Facebook . Kindly send a mail to verify my facebook account.

  11. Website Freezes when Scrolling

    Since the home page was upgraded, it's very difficult to scroll down on the screen because it freezes up. The ads seem to be a contributing factor. It's almost impossible to swipe the top six stories at the top. This happens so frequently that I leave the page and go back to it later. Please fix whatever is causing these problems. It's very frustrating to encounter so many problems when all I want to do is read a story and relax.

  13. Simple idea fix your website. Lately all it does is freeze when attempting to comment on a post.

    Easy, fix your stuff. You make money from advertisers because your users are exposed to the ads. Yet you offer your users a flawed website and expect them to continue. Use some of that money you're making and fix it.
