  3. Your recovery SMS system is not working, & you have no phone contact for Australian customers, and your chat support won't help & don't care

  5. Stop doing security block on mail

    Stop pestering me about your security concerns on my email. And especially stop blocking access and requiring ransom payment (paid tech support) to unblock it.. YOUR TERMS OF SERVICE STATE THAT SECURITY OF MY ACCOUNT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY, NOT YOURS

  7. Multiple log in issues: why am I being told to wait an hour, being asked if I’m a robot, being sent verification codes. Fix these issues on!

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. That sounds familiar. Yahoo may at times enforce a login wait to help ensure account security and privacy. There's no way for us to bypass this in the contact center, so we recommend waiting the prescribed amount of time. It's usually fairly short and you can then try logging in again. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

  9. Why is EVERY ARTICLE 6 WEEKS OLD? DOES ANY OF YOUR WRITERS KNOW HOW TO WRITE?

    OLD PAST DATE ARTICLES. NO ACTUAL RESEARCH OR REPORTING. WHY AM I READING NEWS FROM 3 MONTHS AGO??

    The articles show the following information:
    Category:
    (example: Celebrity)
    Source:
    (example: Buzz Feed)
    Reading time:
    (example: 3 minutes)
    The articles should show the DATE of the article also.
    The DATE of the article is important because the date shows how current is the information in the article and when the article was written.

    Hi there. The date of the article does show once you open the article, it would appear just under the author.

  14. Are you guys gonna do anything?

    Are you guys ever gonna do anything about these obvious chineese and russian propaganda operations running rampant through your comment sections?
    Like i doubt "David" who claims to be from miami but cant spell it right and speaks very poor english thinks nato expansion into ukraine with 750,000 nato troops is a great cause to liquidate ukranians.

    If this isnt part of a russian disinformation psyop i dunno what is, i cant say **** without getting my post deleted but russian and chineese psyops can run rampant.

  16. I opened my mail after a long time and now i cant find my old mails .i want them back

    Currently, if a user doesn't log in to their account for 12 months (i.e., if an account is unused or dormant for 12 months), it is deactivated. Once this happens, emails that were in the inbox at the time of deactivation can no longer be recovered. We apologize for the inconvenience.

  17. Fix the scrolling to stop moving

    Please fix the scrolling. Every time I scroll the screen moves left or right because of your background ads! And to top it off for some reason I am always pressing your ads this needs to be fixed I can’t scroll without click an ads this is only with yahoo.

    While most of spam emails are being caught by our spam filters, occasionally some can slip through.


    When this happens, it's very important to mark the email as spam, then our system will learn that messages from a specific place are not good and helps us make Yahoo Mail even better at recognizing future spam emails.

  19. My legal name is not changed in your system after a year.

    I spoke to someone a year ago, emailed legal documents to prove my legal name is changed. Under settings on account it is correct. However when I send someone an email it says SOMEONE else’s name- AND I CANT FIX IT.
    Someone in IT needs to correct the problem.
    Otherwise I guess I have to forfeit my email account??
