Answer customer inquiries
My suggestion is that Yahoo customer service answer customer questions. For instance......why are all of my comments deleted when they relate directly to the article and are not offensive? Please don't claim reply is on Facebook or Twitter, as I don't use Twitter or Facebook.

Learn what customer response is.....
Yahoo obviously has no clue what customer service is and what constitutes a proper response. Respond to the customer in a manner that the customer can see......on My Yahoo or via email....not Facebook or Twitter.
The fact that you instantly delete on point, totally innocuous comments, says that Yahoo doesn't really care what is said, only who posts the comment. Great business practice!

How can I contact community guidelines for questions and clarification? No matter what I post it comes back as rejected.
