Stop the babying; comments must return
This is discrimination to the utmost. Bunch of cowards at Yahoo. I’m going to your rival for a better outlook. **** chickens. This is why the other countries hate us because we are such hypocrites spouting freedom yet that is all a lie because feelings out rank the constitution. Sissies. Culeros.

No tweet screen shots on news article opinions allowed.
Disregard all editorials, opinions and twitter commenters screen shots in all yahoo articles. If yahoo is now preventing yahoo users to comment, yahoo is expressly violating they own policy by allowing personal opinions in stories and editorials especially when those stories screen print in other comments via twitter.

News article user comments
I have just noticed in the news article user comments section it seems to be an excessive amount of anti-democrat comments flooding the comments section. It seems a bit excessive to be coming from legitimate user accounts if you ask me. When you click on the user profile letter it tells you how many responses have come from each account. You can’t tell me that regular individuals have the kind of time it would take to actually respond over 25,000 times! Seems the more likely scenario is that the Russian’s are trying to use the comments section in an effort…

Do NOT allow Huffpost or any other outlet to post a story while the comments are disabled. Dead wrong.
Do not allow any posts to Yahoo that do not allow comments. Huffpost a prime example. They get to push their narative on us while we do not get to post a reply???

How about being in the first wave of problem solvers.
Please consider being a leader in the battle to reclaim the Internet from troll farms and 'bots! It would be simple to add notation for point of origin of comments. We do not need specific data, however it would go a long way if you included if the "user" was posting from USA IP, a VPN, or foreign IP. Surely such a process would not impose any privacy concern?

Stop fingerprinting your users. It is a violation of privacy.
Your website is listed in a Washington Post article about how companies are increasingly fingerprinting their users' devices to track them. You should end this practice. It is a violation of the privacy rights of every one of your users.
Probable proof of fingerprinting: I just logged in using Chrome, which I never use to check (my mostly junk) email account on Yahoo--so I haven't needed to log in before. Yahoo made me verify the device.
In the meantime I will be working to transition my email account to another, more trustworthy provider, and I will no longer browse the…
