Make it global
I live in Canada and it keeps telling me the all in 1 Yahoo app is only available in America. Not to mention missing out on a lot of business . No one likes companies that are exclusives to only Americans

Auto-playing video with audio
Sometimes I tap on a notification wanting to learn more about a story, and it turns out to be an auto-playing video with audio. I don't want to blast audio from my phone when I'm at work, so I usually close out of it immediately.
Have you considered auto-playing silently with captions turned on, and an option to unmute?

Why Has Yahoo Become So User Unfriendly?
I stopped receiving emails as of yesterday. I tried to follow your troubleshooting suggestions. The suggested links are not even there. I can’t even figure out where to sign out and sign back in. Is that even possible anymore? Most apps have a link that is clearly marked “Sign Out.” I cannot find anything of the sort. I need a PhD in technology to figure this out. This should not be so hard. I don’t have time for this. Please fix this Yahoo😫

Fix EXCESSIVE password sign in issue!!!
Nearly everyday that I try and get my mail I get the “exceeded attempts with current password “. Please get new password. 99% of the time I haven’t even used the new password. You NEED to fix this!!

Contact names dissapeared!
In the Chrome all my contact names have dissapeared. In the Firefox are there. Please, correct the error!

Yahoo latest APP? Disaster! I don't want to have "Top stories" in my yahoo and have to scroll down to get into my email
I have had to download yahoos app now 3 times to my phone. It is a disaster still.
When all you want is to see your mail, you don't want to have to scroll all the way to the bottom of "new stories"?
Secondly, the "keep me logged in" feature doesn't work on laptop or mobile phone app.
It WASN'T BROKEN! WTH are you people in design thinking?

You can reorganize the topic modules so that your email can be more easily accessible. To do so click on your image icon in the upper left> Select “organize your topics”> Hard press the topic you want to move and then move your finger up or down to reorganize the topics.

App is cut off on iPhone XS
Bottom of the app gets cut off and is just grey.

Changes to Terms of service dialog doesn’t go away
Got a dialog for change in tos due to AOL and Yahoo becoming Oath. The dialog box would not go away whatever I do. Tried the x to close. Tried continue button. It still remained. Had to kill app and restart for it to go away. Also, it was not a visually appealing with different color theme than the app contents
