  1. Fix EXCESSIVE password sign in issue!!!

    Nearly everyday that I try and get my mail I get the “exceeded attempts with current password “. Please get new password. 99% of the time I haven’t even used the new password. You NEED to fix this!!

  3. Since the recent updates the yahoo mail app will not work unless I use WiFi. Will not work using cell data

    Since the recent updates, the yahoo mail app will only work using WiFi. The app will never load new messages when using cell data.

  4. Have free technical support

    I switched phones and am not able to get yahoo with mobile data. I do not have access to Wi-Fi most of the time
    Cannot get any technical support unless I pay.

  12. Still seeing ads in pro

    I use yahoo mobile and I’m supposed to be add free. I have 5 yahoo accounts all in my yahoo app and 2 of them still get Ads. Very frustrating. Then I did chat on changing my email billing and he told me to do it online. I can’t, it is grayed out. Please contact me to fix this seeings how YOU DONT HAVE A CONTACT NUMBER FOR PEOPLE YHAT ARE PAYING YOU!!

  15. Moving folder and subfolders To organize them inside iOS app

    Ability to move up and move down the folders and subfolders to organize the folders based on how often you use them. Also having a favorite folders section would be nice.

  20. My notification settings keep turning off. I keep having to manually turn on notifications, they keep turning off automatically .

    The notification settings on the iPhone app Keeps going back to none. Every week I have to go into the settings and set it to notify me for all mail, then it just goes back to none on its own. And I never know when I get an email.
