Not getting points

I’m not getting points even when I’m answering questions correctly or just found the 5 point survey ones. Nothings coming up for me just a check mark but no points.

    Not getting points. What’s going on. A lot of others are experiencing the same problem. Is this glitch because of the new point system that has just been added.

    Same for me since updating the app on July 25. I only receive points for The Drop. I don’t receive points for anything else that I answer correctly.

    I have played several games and trivia shows on here, and when I get an answer correct, it doesn’t add anything to my account. I’ve never seen anything like this on Yahoo Play. I received an update from the game that players will be able to redeem points all year and would expire on Dec. 31, 2019, but nothing has shown thus far...

    I answered the question a correctly, but I’m not getting any points, all I see is a check mark , please help me.
