you need to lose the 10 million ads per page. if you do not lower the number of ads I will be forced to add an ad blocker..
PLEASE PLEASE stop with the ads. I counted 43 ads on the front finace page alone without even trying to find them all. the active moving ones and the BS sponsored etc etc if you want to be taken seriously as a source of financial information STOP!!!!!.. If this stays the same for a few weeks more I will be adding an ad blocker!!!!

Put the time stamp back on the news instead of "an hour ago".
Without the time stamp on news, one doesn't know how long it was since the window was refreshed. This causes more reloading of data, which apparently helps your ad clicks, but makes it annoying to users. How is "a day ago" any better than "May 20 at 10:00AM"? Yahoo has continuously made YF worse.

YTD stock performance charts are not correct
YTD stock performance charts should not start from the closing price of first day of this year. Charts should start from the closing price of last day of last year.

On all portfolio pages, keep the column headers visible when scrolling.
Instead of letting column headers scroll up and under the search bar, Make them stop under the search bar so they stay visible. If it was a spreadsheet, it would be FREEZING the row or column, I think.

It undermines yahoo site integrity, by intentionally misrepresenting Argus recommendation as the mean recommendation of all analyst. Quote search brings up wrong stock - up-vote if you agree
Enter your stock symbol in the search... intuitively press [Enter]... oops... the WRONG stock comes up. Every time. Makes you want to pull your hair out. To get to the right stock you must redundantly 'choose' what you have already keyed in from a drop down list. Why?
Rephrased, Yahoo Finance "defaults" to the assumption that the symbol a user enters is NOT the one they want information on.
I'm not the first to be annoyed by this, but we need up-votes to get Yahoo's attention so they can make this easy fix.

Supporting Yahoo Finance
Hey I love Yahoo Finance and have been using it for 23+ years. However, I just don't have $500 a year to purchase the "premium" service. How about a monthly subscription model with a tshirt mailed out at the end of the year or some other small, annual gift, to show that we support the website? It could be at a lower level, maybe $10/mo?
You guys are great and I want to help keep the business alive. -
