This new design is broken and does not show me all of my mail.
For the past week, every time I clicked to use the old version, new mails would show up. Now that button is gone, and every time I open Yahoo it says there are new mails, but there is no new mail in my boxes. Thank you so much for breaking things so that I can not access my mail. It's wonderful, considering most of my tax documents are electronic and associated with this email.

1. use words not icons, 2. have more options than 'return to message', like A. delete message and return to inbox. B. return to inbox. C. go to next message. 3. have a Next button on inbox, search, and draft folders. 4. fix the issue of tablets not auto filling contacts. if you want more, email me -- psychcowboy. now it is asking me to 'sign in with a provider'. Are monkeys running your company? What is a provider, and why is it asking me to sign in after I am already logged in? Is sign in the same as log in or something different. grow a brain you guys.

I do not like your changes, I want to control my e-mail option. I don't need you to control what I see or can do with my e-mail

My idea is that all my mails are visible to me and don't disappear when I have opened one and then go back to look at the rest and find they have gone, except for the odd letter or two. All the files also disappear. This is a very inefficient version.

All my mails are gone. How do I get back my mails?

my emails that are not spam, are not moved to my inbox when I say they are not spam! stop deleting my emails!!!

at least give us the OPTION of what "skin" to put on the mail client
that is easy as heck to do, would put constant redesign off your plate (saving you money!) and would attract users
unless that is not what you want...but if you are trying to drive users away, why not just close the whole mail utility? -

Address box and cc box not large enough! I go back to check if I have included everyone I want to, and the email I started is not saved to drafts! I've lost the same letter several times.... This STINKS. Like the older version much better. Plus, I set to a "theme" next time I logged on, I had a different color theme, whats up with that. Small issue.. I like the OLD emojis so much better, too.

This was my official mail id for applying to jobs and had lots of contacts and documents. I have logged in after quite a while just to find all the data missing!!! This was not expected. Kindly retain all the old emails.

I lost all my pictures as well, some horror story.
Someone, please, advise what to do? -
Ian Mapleson commented
Ok, so if we're stuck with this new horror show then at least do the following:
When clicking on Reply, the quoted text is not immediately editable, which is completely STUPID. Whoever designed it this way should have a fish stuck up their nostril for a month. Worse, when one clicks on Edit so that one can change the quoted text, the window focus is not left inside the edit window!
It's bugs like these which convince me that whoever wrote this rubbish never tested any of it.
So, please get rid of this optional editable quoted text nonsense, it's by far the dumbest thing I've ever seen in any mail program. Make it how is was before, when I click on Reply just include the text of the email just as it is, no farfing around with an unnecessary "Edit" option - of course I want to edit the quoted text! I ALWAYS want to edit the quoted text!
The ONLY thing you had to do to make the old Mail reply mechanism better was change the action of clicking Reply so that it would not mangle the quoted text (with loads of added line breaks and unnecessary ">" lines).
Is there anyone at Yahoo who has something remotely akin to a brain? Or the heads there all full of rotten cabbage? CHOOSE dammit! Either give us back the old system exactly as it was, or at the very least fix the stupid, broken, unnecessary and annoying aspects of the new system, but more than anything give US the users the CHOICE as to whether we want this new rot or not. We are the users! We know better than you do! We are the customers! We are right! Get it? Sunk in yet?
Yours even more irritated after a day of this **** new system,
Ian.

Who designed new Yahoo mail? Is this some sort of project for first graders?

Please just give us the ability to configure our messages to display however we choose instead of repeatedly attempting various "one size fits all" solutions. Design something highly configurable, then leave the interface alone and let's have long term stability.
