Yesterday the "old Yahoo mail" format was available, which I was thankful for, today it is back to Basic. Why is this an issue. Please return "Old Yahoo mail" format!!!!!!!

Since I can't forward my Yahoo Mail to Gmail unless I pay to "upgrade" to Yahoo Plus, I'll be notifying all my contacts to start using a new Gmail address, so I can eventually migrate off of Yahoo completely. I'm sure I'm not alone - Gmail will be thrilled to get all the users that will abandon Yahoo over this.

I can only see part of the inbox or any folder. I can't change the name of the folders. going up to search emails is cumbersome - bring back the icon by each email. I want to add color, change sizes, add icons & drag attachments. I do realize that you handle many email accounts & this is free, but I think if you want to keep us as users (which means advertisers for you) you may want to give the option of going back for those who want to do so. Gmail is looking better to many of us, by the tone of these comlaints.

And it's not just the change. It's the changes you made are not workable

Are you going to change this back or are we going to have to suffer or leave. This **** sucks and doesn't work. Whoever the idiot is that you hired to create this stupidity should give you a refund on their paycheck

No please - not a new career for them. Just let them sit at home all day watching daytime soaps - don't let them near anything else that might be important. We've all see what they can do!!!!!

I hate the New Yahoo Mail. I cannot highlight text, underline or bold. I cannot change the font color, and the shortcut keys will not work. I've used shortcut keys, like CTRL+B for YEARS. Now Yahoo wants that to end. I'm okay with ending it, but give me other options. Who would think to do an "update" that won't allow highlighting? The only option I have now is to put things in CAPS. Then people suggest that I am yelling. At least give us the option to return to the old way.

Since yahoo wants to keep this more difficult to use email format, I have started checking out other email services and when I can find a good one I'm gone. This new format totally sucks because you have to do too much scrolling to get through the emails. It is a waste of my time to continue using this new format. You really need to go back to the old format as it was easier to use.

No one asked for a change in Yahoo everything was perfect the way it was before, no need to make these complicated changes.
