    I opened my account and now my old emails are disappeared very bad service on the part of Yahoo, how my mails can disappear without my permission? they were very important. I need all my emails back in my inbox do the need full it's urgent

    I want the old email back. I have 25 emails at a time and now can't delete Nobody likes the changes. Stop trying to force everyone to update, upgrade

    Yahoo, you've got lots of irritated customers complaiining about the new mail format. 1. Do you read the comments? 2 Are you going to do anything about them? 3 Will you explain the changes, please.

    HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now if I get a new email I have to reboot to see it EVERY TIME. Why you did this is beyond reason.......you did the same thing to destroy the stock market chat when you screwed that thing up a few years ago.

    I don't like the fact that I have to go to next page to see more emails. I don't like that. I use to copy & paste and that is gone. I can't pay for a new version, I just want the old one. Please respond!

    I cannot switch between accounts without signing out and going back and forth. I also do not have all of my old contacts email addresses.

    I cannot pull up all my email addresses when I compose an email. I do not have several email addresses that I used to have.

    Why isn't there any option to return to Basic Mail ???
    Only upgrade now ...I did upgrade for about 2weeks only benefit they give is to find deleted emails that were only a week old .....Laughable since Yahoo automatically deletes after 7 days in the first place ....why DOSENT Yahoo leave us alone ??? always Yahoo's interference !

    Today was the first time I was automatically taken to the "updated" version of Yahoo Mail and quite frankly it SUCKS! Come on guys, if it ain't broke, don't try to fix it. I spent 5 minutes just to move 2 emails to folders, utter BS.

    I haven't seen any reaction or comment (or apology) from Yahoo. And how about an email ffrom Yahoo saying what the new features are and why you have introduced them?

    Only 25 emails to a page then you have to click a number. Why not just let us scroll like before. And when you star or un-star an email the thing flips back up to the top of the page. This new look is soooo irritating.

    I also can't paste pictures. In addition, the ability to select "starred" e-mails in my Inbox has disappear from my list of toolbar options. Please put it back.

    I just figured it out. You want us to PAY for the NEW full-featured version !!! That's why we LOST the copy and paste ability in the 'basic'. GRRRRR

    This new email is insane. I was writing an email, saving it, and kept going back to it, and something happened where the last words on the right end were half on that line and half on the next line! Also, some lines broke off and continued on the next line - and you can NOT back it back up to the previous line! So frustrating.

    And this happened on two different emails.

    Also, the compose screen jumps.

    If their objective was to make their email so bad you can not use it, congratulations. It worked!

    Plenty of feedback about the changes to basic mail a while back. Personally i still hate the changes. It's still very irritating, and i still find it far too bright and "in ya face".
    When we get ignored it's hard to be nice when giving feedback, so it becomes even more of a problem as you will ignore rude/insulting comments. But with this there are comments that express why people didn't like the changes, these should not be ignored.
    Basic mail wasn't perfect, but it was better than the all singing all dancing latest version. There are many reasons why people don't like to use the latest version, so we chose to use the basic mail. Making it look more like the latest version that we dislike just makes us angry. Even if you feel you need to make updates to keep it functional, you could still offer to keep the older styling that we were happy with. I personally find the look to be pretty disgusting, i hate looking at it.

    Would it really be so bad to listen to the negative feedback and offer us, the users, a choice?

    Of course, i know i've just wasted a few minutes of my life typing this out as Yahoo never, ever take notice of us, the users, unless we kiss your backside and offer nothing but praise. It would be nice if just for once my time wasn't wasted.
