    How does a company NOT care about feedback from customers, I am beginning to think that is what is happening here. SHAME on you. Am going to transfer to another email provider if this doesn't change soon.

    This is the worst email I have ever had to deal with. HORRIBLE. Please bring back classic email which is far superior to this nightmare. And please stop playing around with it. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy your day but leave the email alone.

    The new email is a bad design hurts the eyes and not nearly as user friendly. Why go backwards and make us use something that everyone clearly dislikes?

    I want the older version of Yahoo classic email.
    I do not like the look or layout of the newer one.

    I did not ask for new yahoo nor do I want it. This is the second time I have had to do this. Put me back on the classic or lose the account

    If we had wanted it more like the fancy version, we would've gone to that long ago. You just make everything with more bells and whistles WE DO NOT BLOODY WANT.
    MY computer at home thankfully does not support this new load of excremente - so that means IT CAN BE PUT BACK - SO DO IT ALREADY

    And now, not even the NEO link works for bringing back the basic/classic mail look... it force swaps to the 90s/00s Hotmail/MSN style garbage, which makes me sad.

    Your new Yahoo email is ******* the eyes. It's difficult to look at and hurts my eyes when I look at it. Please allow people to revert back to the old Yahoo mail format if they so choose.

    What the ****--I had classic and now when I insert the link for it you ***** make it Basic. I DON"T WANT YOUR BASIC I WANT MY CLASSIC> GIVE IT BACK OR I"M GOING TO DROP YAHOO AND GO TO GMAIL OR ANYTHING BUT YAHOO>

    PLEASE JUST LEAVE IT ALONE! For those that want new changes all the time, they can go to the upgraded non-basic yahoo email, and such, but there are TONS of us that have NO problems with the way our email is formatted and set up in basic. We like it this way! It's not that we don't like change it's just that we don't like change for changes sake! If there's a reason such as a bug or a problem that's fine, but to FORCE us to change by taking our email away is NOT RIGHT! JUST LEAVE THE BASIC EMAIL FORMAT ALONE! If we need something changed we will let you know. Thank you for your time and PLEASE just leave our email format alone, no changes, no fresh new look, NO updates, JUST LEAVE IT ALONE!

    Update: GIVE US OUR OLD BASIC FORMAT BACK! Change it back PLEASE! There was NOTHING wrong with it!

    UPDATE: PLEASE make the email body and text larger, it is WAY to small and to zoom in doesn't really help since it just squishes the body of the email. The email is the most important part, but right now it's the smallest thing on the screen . :/ PLEASE if you won't just give us back out old format, which had nothing wrong with it, and did not have this problem, then PLEASE either fix this problem by making the body of the email bigger or give us the ability to set it ourselves (just the body of the email not the whole screen)

    I do not understand why Yahoo isn't hearing us. PLEASE let us go back to Classic Mail!!

    Terrible mail changes. Every change is worse than earlier version.
    I keep using it because I have this email account for more than 20 years, otherwise I will go to something else.
    Return possibility to use old version.
