    Ahh! Very Bad Change from CLASSIC/BASIC to NEW Email/New Mail BASIC, Grind the Architect up!!! From the Midwest, not known for our patience, and I'm the worse of the Worst!!! Get used to it!

    the new yahoo! mail is unusable - just a complete mess, they need to bring back classic mail so people can actually use it

    Bring back Classic Mail!!! I am getting so much GARBAGE from you now that it is interrupting me reading my mail! It used to take a minute to go into Classic Mail. Now, with this garbage can of ads and other nonsense, it takes a LOT more time. I also do NOT appreciate YOU GIVING MY private information to ''everyone'' in the world! MY info is PRIVATE and should stay that way. YOU have given MY email address to God only knows how MANY, MANY organizations that it is ridiculous! Go back to CLASSIC MAIL!!!

    I can use a text interface with my work email and 30,000 users.
    Why not with Yahoo?
    Drop the graphic buttons for text buttons, make it intelligible to the blind and vision-handicapped user (Aren't there government standards in your country?) and make siimpler as with the Classic Yahoo mail.

    Off to Jupiter, Freemail Yandex then and Yahoo fades away.

    C'mon Yahoo, a REDESIGN back to the old Classic Email interface shouldn't be hard/difficult nor impossible/expensive.

    we all in the usa want the old basic back from gods guardian the chosen one and all her people and i work with aclu and i know the guantum computer/clones running it .no joke duds clones dont get it simple is good .the old days and ways for all clone humans and the ones on the earth hologram clones humans also, etc et al

    Please bring back "Classic Mail" as it was more user friendly than the newer style. I'm sure I'm not alone in my preference for the old classic e-mail style. What were you thinking?

    Yahoo might merge comments under one heading, but they haven't brought back classic text-based email.
    There still too many odd graphic symbols that could easily be replaced by a 8 letter button.
    New Yahoo mail doesn't work with the programs Mutt, nor with Lynx browser.
    BRING BACK <b>CLASSIC YAHOO MAIL</B> and its simplicity.

    Now they are merging posts for a return to Yahoo REAL MAIL - so it can appear they have less requests.
    Yahoo developers are definitely a bunch of yahoos. sadly they are not the company they used to be and their current email is a horrible replacement. Not everyone wants a website which sucks so many resources to operate - a simple little email program is wonderful. It would be different if they offered an option like they have prior - now we are stuck with something that simply does not work.
    Use gmail more and more everyday.... not my favorite package - but doesn't endlessly grind or stall - have more clock speed, ram and highest internet speed - so not my issue - considering this thread has 4700 comments.....

    Please bring back ''Classic Mail''. The new mail you have is disgusting and ridiculous. With you new mail, I get tons more advertisements in one day than I got in one year with classic mail. I have zero desire to have ''everyone'' in the world have access to my mail account like they do with your new mail. So, again, PLEASE BRING BACK ''CLASSIC MAIL'' to Yahoo users. Thank you.

    I would like the classic Mail to return. There would be less keystrokes to accomplish simple tasks.

    Please bring back the old classic mail. I am forced to use google chrome and I hate it
