    Hate the NEW basic mail. I switched back to the Classic Mail but instead got this new one. What don't Yahoo understand about requesting to go BACK to the original BASIC CLASSIC MAIL!

    Restore the option of Classic Mail. How would you like it if one day you went to look at your email and the look of the page was totally different? Like it was someone else's email that you accidentally signed into? THAT IS THE EXPERIENCE OF EVERYONE NOW. Give us back what we want. What you perpetrated was a theft of any trust we had in Yahoo. You stole the look and design of our personal email pages. Do you realize how clueless of a decision this was on Yahoo management's part?
    I wanted to report this abuse by Yahoo to Yahoo but I wasn't able to report it on your abuse page, so here it is:
    I am undergoing extensive abuse regarding my Yahoo Mail. The management team at Yahoo has discontinued Classic email which is what EVERYONE WANTS. Can you please see to it that the management who hasn't a clue about customer relations and asking users what they want BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY. When a new conscientious team is installed please restore Classic email. We are sick and tired of the abuse by clueless management.

    Searching, one-by-one, through my contacts jsut to get a "send address" is the MOST hated feature of this new version of mail. With classic you'd type a couple of letters and the correct address would pop up. Bring back CLASSIC

    This new mail format is buggy as a cockroach farm! Every time I try to answer an email, the text jumps down to the middle of the previous message as soon as I start typing. Bring back the old STABLE mail format!!!
