    I need help. Nothing on drop down box to restore and I lost over half of my e-mails. Must try another provider. Will keep this so I won't loose anymore. Also, cannot download pictures of my grandchildren.l Some were lost, also. Please bring back classic. Maybe that will bring back my e-mail!

    Do we have to find another email site? This is wrong! Nobody should be able to change our email with out permission! What else do they do, sell personal info? I just want my classic site back!

    Fire the person that keeps deciding to change my mail away from the classic look. Put a question on your employee application asking if they will change the email automatically away from the classic look--if they say yes, don't hire them.

    malheureusement je ne trouve plus les moyen de souligner le texte, de mettre en gras certains mots ou encore, augmenter / grossir la taille du texte!

    BRING BACK CLASSIC MAIL....THE NEW MAIL IS STUPID.. WHO EVER CREATED THE CHANGES TO PROVE THEIR EXISTANCE NEEDS TO PROVE THEIR WORTH IN SOME OTHER CAPACITY...YOU HAVE CREATED EXTRA STEPS TO DO THE MOST BAISC OF FUCNTIONS..

    I understand that this is a free email service and revenue is needed, however this new version isn't providing anyone a service, including the advertisers for whom Yahoo has made space. Upon each click, I have to close my security warning window stating "blocked access to tag.sp.advertising.com because the server certificate has been revoked". Not only do the users not like this version, your advertisers are not legitimate. Cut your losses before you loose your audience.

    This new Basic Mail is not for me. I was switched automatically without consent after using the classic mail for 17 years. I find I cannot format text, like underlining or italics. I tried going to the full featured version but the Settings Icon they talk about cannot be found. I tried sending my suggestions but it told me to sign in with a provider when I was already signed in. So I signed in again and again, and it lost my text and I am typing it again. Send me back to the classic mail or I will soon switch to Gmail.

    I much prefer the old version of mail. For instance, you can olny search mail. I want to search the internet.

    1. I can't do it Essy. 2. One by One Compose, I don't Like it, 3. Kill the Time it, 4. I have no Enough Time. 5.Classic Mail is Better for Me. 6. I can Essy Brose Classic Mail.
