    Sack the arrogant, pathetic idiot who decided to ***** everything up and put things back the way they were. You are not the only service provider out there you know. You should be utterly ashamed of such disrespectful behaviour towards your service users. If you want to keep us, listen to what is being said to you.

    The layout of this new mail is awful. Who tested it?? Hard to read mails - information all over the place. The headings of incoming mails are unclear. The print is small and squashed up. The colouring horrible. I could go on ....

    why were we forced to use the new basic email? It is so hard to use and looks horrible! The add now takes almost half of the screen - is this the reason it was pushed on customers?
    Anyway, as usual this feedback post is most likely for people to went their dissatisfaction with a product and not to change a thing... we'll see how much you take your customers views into consideration...

    go back to the previous mail version.this new mail is ****.hard to use.the big headers a waste of space.i hate this new thing.what bonehead thought this up??

    Bring back classic Mail
    I would like to bring back my classic yahoo mail version due to saved Email ids not coming automaticall22, 2019 10:43 •
    The saved Email address is not coming automatically in new version
    Leave Classic alone. The so called "new" isn't new and I can't navigate and the screen keeps changing. What is going on ?
    i want to shift to older version of yahoo mail
    I want to go back to the mail I had before where I could Block Email addresses with one click. I don't understand why I was forced to downgrade!!!!!
    I can't get the new emails right on time, I have to press the refresh button to get the new emails and there is no option to do automatic search / refresh for receiving new emails.
    classic mail is better. It form fills the to: box after typing one letter or more and make suggestions as to who in your contacts you are writing to. Also, I can use the up and down arrows to go to next e-mail.
    I do not like the new version, please stop changing my site. Bring back the old version, it was so much better. You knew how many spam and trash was there verses the new one shows nothing. I do not like the new one.
    The old version was better -now,if I delete one mail after reading it ,the next mail does not appear but the progamme returns to incomming mails --this are many clicks more !!!

    Keep CLASSIC Mail for only Yahoo Mail PRO (PAID) customers only as a choice. It will mean a steady revenue stream for you, If someone so likes CLASSIC MAIL interface as so many f these thousands of comments bear out, let people pay for it.

    Are you not listening to the Voice of the Customer. For months on end, there has been a spate of negative comments about your new interface, Do you simply attribute every comment to CHANGE RESISTANCE? If you do that, then SHAME ON YOU YAHOO MAIL ! Shame on you!. You really run a terrible business if you are going to simply PUSH this new interface down our throats.

    A very useful feature which I find missing -- FOLDER SEARCH, no way to quickly find the desired folder, other than scrolling down.

    Listen and listen well.

    I'm a Yahoo Pro subscriber - roll back to the classic interface IMMEDIATELY or lose a paying customer.
