    please allow each user to make a choice on which yahoo fits them best.. I do not need or use the new functions.. the screen looks so basic and small... im not a fan OG yahoo mail is perfect. please let me change it back. thank you

    Apparently they don't listen to their customers. The new format sucks. Looks like I will be finding a new email, because Gmail did the same ****. They must not have anything to do at Yahoo, that's why they sat around screwing with the mail. Totally ridiculous. I can see from all of the comments, NO ONE likes this new s*it!!!

    This new interface is not very user friendly. For example, when creating a new email, where are the font, color, size, bold and underline options?

    I hate the new Yahoo Mail. Please return to the previous version. The change makes no sense!!!!!

    Please, give us back the Classic version or even the option to turn back to !!!
    Why do you persist with this garbage version, we don't like it, neither of us !!! I will shut down this account that I had for so many years !!!

    Yahoo keeps trying to change the format to please yahoo. Well you are supposed to please the customer and from the comments I read you are not doing a very good job of that. I have been offered different formats by yahoo in the past and have never changed because I liked the one I had. now my format has been changed and I wasn't even given a choice. Not a good idea. I can change to another E-mail provider in about 10 minutes and I will if my old format isn't replaced in a couple of days and I think everyone else should too. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT

    I don't understand why Yahoo keeps making changes that make things worse when they worked fine before. They need to learn to leave well enough alone.

    This new idea sucks as well as the one who developed and all yahoo management that just changed it without putting it to a vote. I'm going back to gmail. this sucks!!!
