what a terrible update. nothing works with the new update. We can no longer paste an image inside an email, I have to scroll to the bottom of all my folders to hit send. The update wiped out my inbox and no tech support can help me. In a long email chain, we can no longer add new files without adding every attachment in the email chain. The only response from Yahoo is please try the new updates. Gmail looks and operates a lot better

This version of Yahoo Mail is the worst and I went back to earlier version but you took everything out of that now. Are you wanting people to leave Yahoo? Why was it changed in the first place?

SCRAP this new mail format and the Home page. NOTHING works well at all. Can't even do a screen shot and paste it into an email. The front/home page has everything on the screen instead of just what I want to look at. Worthless to me. It now takes me much longer to manage my emails.

Imagine someone snuck into your office in the middle of the night and rearranged everything, and left you a note saying "this is for your own good. You'll like this better." Imagine someone snuck into your kitchen and rearranged all your cabinets and drawers and said "this is better." We didn't ask you to change our email setup!

It would be very helpful to get responses to our concerns. Obviously many loyal Yahoo Mail users are extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with the seemingly ridiculous changes that have been made. Many of them have removed our abilities to personalize the mail experience to our own needs and wants as well as added extra steps. Is there any hope of returning to the better version before there is a mass exodus of Yahoo users?

There are so many things you did wrong.
FIRST, popping it on us with no warning! I was in the middle of meeting deadlines when the new interface required I take the time to learn a new system. No easy way to return to previous interface. There was a button, but it did not take me back to previous interface.
SECOND, moving msgs to sub-folders. Before I could click Move, point to new location and it was done. Why do I now have to say "APPLY" Are you catering to the lower echelons?
THIRD, when I'm following a thread I read the first msg and ready to move to next. There used to be a button I could simply go from one msg to another. Now I have to go back out to the folder and select the next msg to read. FOURTH, Your indicators of new messages, number of unread msgs, etc. are all out of whack.You did not test this product sufficiently before releasing. You're impacting my productivity!!!

I can't stand the new Yahoo—it's like being sent back to the dinosaur age! I can’t believe how many extra steps everything takes now, and so many things just don’t work. I can't even create a subfolder! I also hate how you’re first directed to Yahoo News when you go to check your email. Honestly, I’m so frustrated with all of it—there’s too much that’s gone wrong to even list.

Put it all back! Almost everything takes multiple steps now! No more copy paste, no more drag and drop, clicking through pages to find an email, having to click on the email recipient when typing instead of just being able to push tab, click and apply, this takes to much time! Horrible idea on the change unless you are wanting everyone to leave Yahoo! This has made things I do in my job now take longer because of all the extra steps! Horrible decision!

You can improve New Yahoo Mail Basic by binning it and reverting to the previous version. So many downgrades in the new version. So much harder to do EVERYTHING - Listen to your customers ... they hate it

I don't like this at all! Please revert back to the previous one! I can only view so many emails at once. I hate having to click the "next" icon to view older emails. Now I have to do extra steps to view emails of the same sender (i.e., business marketing). My email is not being updated in real time. I compare my PC inbox to my phone inbox and notice it is inconsistent! Please change it back. I'm honestly thinking of just using my gmail account from now on if this doesn't change.

AND PUT UP A PROMPT IN THE NEW SYSTEM TO RETURN TO THE CLASSIC VERSION! AGAIN, THIS NEW VERSION IS AN ABOMINATION. I'VE ALREADY MANAGED TO LOSE DATA FOR GETTING LOST IN THE CONFUSION OF HOW THIS NEW ONE PRETENDS TO WORK!!!

THIS NEW VERSION OF THE YAHOO MAIL CLIENT IS GARBAGE!!!! WHOEVER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR IT'S APPEARANCE MUST BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY -- YOU NEED TO RESTORE THE OLD VERSION IMMEDIATELY. YOU BROKE WHAT WAS NOT BROKEN! SO MUCH WRONG WITH THIS NEW ONE I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN!!!!
