    I hate the new email, not only do I hate it, I cannot send group emails, enter contacts, etc. I don't mind new things if they come with instructions!!

    bring back the functional classic mail and just get rid of the trainwreck "full featured" yahoo mail that just does not work

    Attention Yahoo! So the background color is really bad. Terminate the team that created that.
    Bring back CLassic email, at your cost, with no cost to users, and make it faster, this is 2019
    Wake up Yahoo, work on email and quit worrying about gun control, the environment!, Earthquakes!
    Work 8am-6pm M-F, 8am-1pm Sat, No Vacation, No Sick time, No free lunches, No Electric cars!!

    I wont help, as I'm a PAIN. Just to say SWITCH IT BACK! There are bugs you figure it out.

    Don't throw us under the bridge with Basic mail cave man days. You can give us Classic mail back. It is possible so do so.....

    You've ignored every bit of negative feedback and shown you hate the user base of this basic mail.
    No doubt you don't like it when people eventually become insulting towards you, and will just ignore it, but when you hate us so much that you force **** on us, then why should we be nice?

    Stop hating us, and start listening!

    Wow, very hard to add a new contact to an existing e-mail list. Not sure why you folks make things harder, after you've already perfected easy. Do your techies bother to test things before they publicly release new versions?

    I upgraded to Yahoo Pro and now I can't do things (like add my contacts to specific groups) and it is driving me crazy. I have on group of contacts (85 strong) that I am actually going through and checking off each in the contact list because they will not populate into the group I had set up in my old yahoo mail. Before when you added a contact it gave you the option of adding it to a group, but you cannot do this anymore, at least I can't and I have windows 10 & an upgraded browser (Chrome)

    i don't know what version of Yahoo email i have, but it sucks, and no settings gear in corner to change it. cant highlight text etc.

    Gmail, here i come!

    Cannot understand the need to change the old format. It is annoying to have to "go to the next page" to read emails. Why the change?

    Maybe its time to talk good about 'other' emails.
    Gmail is faster, NICE white screen, Does not age one's self
    Proton Mail is NOT US based, nice and Secret for those who need SECRET with no COURT to say you must!
    Yahoo! has BLUE screen of death!, slow, no longer blocks ad's
    YAhoo! managers and directors do the right thing....please terminate yourselfs...

    Why is everything so tiny? It takes me longer to do things in Mail because I have to point to the exact tiny space to do anything. Gives me eye strain as well. Want to make the layout uncluttered? Get rid of the ads. They don't belong in Mail. If that's too much work, just let me use the previous version.

    Classic e mail for me is the best way to see and navigate through each e mail plus you could go back to very important e mails you have not deleted, so bring it back to the original way, sometimes when you modify something that is working beautiful you just mess it up, this new version sucks, so bring ASAP the old version T.Y.

    put emails back to the old format or I will go to g mail yahoo is finished. I have so much trouble deleting e mails I cant even be bothered to read them anymore
