    you can't delete spam or old emails. How does that make it better?

    I have a concussion....Can only be online for 10 minutes.
    I could use my Yahoo email....my brain doesnt like the new format..I can only look at it for a few minutes ..then I get nauseous.
    Please have the option to go back!!! I dont want to have to go to Google or someplace else.
    Where did the setting button go? So sad.

    I can't add emails, pull over from Microsoft, my email list is useless and I need it for work. Fix it, go back to old

    I want to bring back classic mail. This is a horrible up grade.I want to switch back to classic mail.

    I agree I am so Angry!!!!!!!!!! This new system absolutely stinks. You can get ride of the idiot female who came up with this piece of ****. I am a female and I think She needs to be gotton rid of. You Classic Yahoo mail was great !!!!!!!!! Let us Choose! Do not force us to use This ****!!!! I am so Mad Mad Mad!

    This upgrade is not very user friendly. When I delete a message it send me back to the first page. Why?

    I HATE the new updated version....I specifically didn't upgrade because I like the one I had. Now when I try to send emails to the groups/lists in my contacts (not individual ones), it won't let me do that. NOW what am I supposed to do. I'm in charge of the emails to our church prayer chain, and therefore have lists/groups of people that I attach. I can't figure out how to attach them. They don't come up when I type the word they're listed under. Also, if I want to delete several emails at a time, it doesn't let me hit shift and catch all in between the 2 checkmarks...why can't you just leave it alone!!!!

    Just when we get used to using Yahoo mail, it's updated with some new design.
    Leave Yahoo mail alone.

    The new version is not a help. It is too cumbersome to work with.
    Change is not always good, this is not good. Besides I did not ask for the change.

    I saw that I could switch back to classic mail, but I still can't attach pics from folders to the email. I use a library computer so I don't have pics stored on the computer to send. I need a way to email pics from folders. I wish Yahoo would go back to the way it used to be. It wasn't broke so they shouldn't have tried to fix it.

    How do see my emails before today? They aren't there!
    Where have the tabs gone? I need them!
    Why can't I filter by subject? I need to!
    Why have you messed up something that was working perfectly well?
    PLEASE REVERT TO THE OLD CLASSIC; IT WORKED PERFECT:Y WELL!

    Why did you switch my format without my permission??? This is absolutely ridiculous...please return my mail format to what I had before!!!
    This is very "shady" and should be illegal for yahoo to be interfering with someone's mail without their permission!!!
    I DO NOT WANT YOUR UPGRADE....so please stop annoying me with your request to switch every time I log on to check me email!!!
    SWITCH ME BACK NOW TO MY OLD CLASSIC FORMAT!!!!

    Bring back what we had (i.e. the old format) and spend your money on something useful. I'm so sick and tired of having these so called upgrades forced down my throat and so are most of your users. No-one asked for this "improvement", especially since it's not really an improvement. But you get the same comments every-time you "upgrade" and you always ignore them so I guess this time won't be any different. Why ask for feedback when you don't do anything with it? To give us the impression we have some kind of influence on what you do? Are we nothing more than a herd of sheep to you? Now, let's go find out how I can transfer my Yahoo-mail to my Gmail account.
