    Hate the new layout, and I can no longer copy photos and images (I regularly email crossword entries) into the body of the message, only as an attachment so a worse layout for my purpose.

    You have taken me over to a new format which I did not request and do not accept. It has screwed up a system which has worked well for years. Please revert to the old format.

    Someone's poor IT skills can only create poor result - why now all mail users lives must be shrinked to this useless person's cognitive space, IT skills, option 'go back to old version' doesn't go back anywhere, when I delete e mail I read I am being kicked out to main list - needing to find where I was again - deleting not needed emails takes ages, new fonts are horrible I am struggling to read anything. I wouldn't allow this designer to design a toilet tissue roll.

    bei Aktionen kann ich nach öffnen des Rolladens nicht die Unterschiede meiner Ordnerbezeichnungen sehen, weil nur die ersten Wörter angezeigt werden
