    Find someone who knows what they are doing. The current folks who did this abomination haven't a clue.

    This new mail is awful! The colors are harsh on aged eyes. Classic mail is much more user friendly. Yahoo should not arbitrarily change their users' email. If the user wishes to change, okay; but I want you to change mine back to today. There are other servers I can change to and if mine is not back to classic mail with 24 hours, I am leaving yahoo mail.

    Just updated and now emails are not deleting when I click the basket. Bring back classic mail. This is not working.

    I want to go back to classic mail. I pay for Yahoo mail so that I can have disposable e-mail addresses. In your new "improved" (much worse) e-mail, disposable e-mail addresses are dumped in with filters. Now I can't set one up without adding filter criteria. WTF? I want a different address, and I want it in my inbox. I don't want to set up a bunch of filter criteria, running the risk of screwing it up and important e-mails going to a place where they are lost. I have been called to jury duty, they want my e-mail address. If I set up the filters wrong, I might not get their messages. The problems with Yahoo won't be fixed by making current customers mad, so stop messing with it.

    This new format is more distracting and not as easy or pleasant to view as the former classic mail. please provide the option to revert back.

    Que la nueva versión sea optativa, de lo contrario habrá que optar por otros correos y no quiero, pues estaba satisfecho con el correo clasico de yahoo mail.

    I have lost all of my contacts. I need to email an associate and now I cannot. Stop messing around or I will switch to Google.
