    GO BACK, Please for the life of me I cannot figure out how to edit contacts or assign new contacts to lists! It appears I can only get help if I sign up for "pay for" subscription!

    You call this improvement? This version is pure garbage and before you bulldoze us with a new version, it would be nice if you gave a choice.

    If you insist on this version, incorporate all the feature that were available from the previous versions.

    As things stand right, I am a very disappointed Yahoo customer.

    the classic mail is excellent and is user friendly.so please don't force us to switch
    from classic mail.please restore us back to classic mail.

    I hate the new mail ...won't enable me with names when I compose an email...I hate the new opening page.

    I was very comfortable and satisfied with the Classic Mail Yahoo. I even refused to use Google mail at work and insisted on using my Yahoo account!
    I do not want the changes and I do not feel they are an improvement.
    The only thing I want changes are the adverts removed!!
    Please give the option of choosing the original email page. Thank you.

    Have a button to put it back to the previous version. It is very stressing to have your 75 year old mother call you because she can not find anything and you have to explain it via the phone. It is extremely inconsiderate of you. :(

    Why won't you let me change my DEFAULT EMAIL setting to classic email? Instead, every day I have to hit the drop-down menu and choose Use Old Version.
