    We don't need "new and improved" pages every time we turn around, and your new email page isn't letting me delete emails

    Let me tell you, this so called improved version of new mail is literally useless. It is still a mystery for me who comes up with modification ideas like this and who decides to apply them without asking the users (costumers), but this is by far definitely outrageous. It is nice to have new developments and new usable functions, but please remember if something works fine do not try to fix it. Until further notice please do not apply any kind of change to my account without asking me ever, and please change my account back to classic. I mean what it was (the exact look and functions) not this basic mail of the new version.

    Give the viewing option of the split screen like it used to be in old mail. There is no option to change views! I hate it!

    So-called Classic Mail improvement -- albeit free -- is a DISASTER as many features are gone … for example: E-mails with the same Subject no longer are in one sub-thread for easy identification/deletion and minimizing entries in ones Inbox, I can not determine how to edit text (e.g., bold, italic, center, color), one seemingly can not add emojis, one can not use contact addresses by starting to type name in "To" and other fields and then just clicking for inclusion, I can not figure out how to paste a picture into an e-mail being composed, etc. Go back to what we had and used successfully for years … or be prepared to lose lots of YAHOO users.

    It cannot be easily switch one account to another. Troublesome.
