    You can improve the new format by going back to the classic version. My email text is distorted and arbitrarily changed and links don't show

    Please restore me to the classic email that you arbitrarily removed. I don't like the new look, nor will it populate email addresses located in my contact list, and people whom I've been sending emails to forever. This is a common case of trying to reinvent the wheel; fixing something that wasn't broke.

    Oh, thank heavens! I just found the way to switch back to old mail. Up at the top of my scree by my name is a drop down menu. It has an option to switch to old mail. Thank you, Yahoo for letting us keep this. But please, in the future, don't go changing my mail. I'll change it if I want it.

    Listen to your customers! If you don't they WILL leave. Based on the hundreds of similar complaints---your current path is a BAD idea.! As a retired Quality Management Exec for three decades, the morons promoting your "new" e-mail need to be FIRED! Remember, you're only getting feedback on about 5-10% of those ******-OFF at you! The others won't waste THEIR precious time to manage YOUR business. They will simply LEAVE! Don't believe me? You'll find out!

    Bring back classic mail. Aesthetically it was nice. It didn't take up a lot of memory while it was open. It has been nice to see which folders have new mail in them and how many new messages. Just because an interface is new or an executive really wants to implement it doesn't mean it is better for the users. The forced upgrades will drive users to competitors.

    Also restore the ability to create mail filters within classic. This was a feature before the newer versions popped up. I know because I made filters before the new versions. When I have had to create a new filter downgrading to the newer versions simply to gain access was an option, and I upgraded back to classic after it was made. I don't want to risk the downgrade these days.

    It was beautiful how it was, now it stinks. Who gets these brilliant ideas that we constantly need to "improve"????

    Your new e mail sucks. I don't recall telling you I wanted to change it. Put it back to my original e mail. The one that worked. Why does everyone want to change what works for something that never works f ing up my entire morning and screwing up my work day. It worked fine, so don't f with it cause people always make it worse when they f with it and change stuff. Almost making it worthless now.l

    Please do not jack with the basic interface of the mail, I despise this and all new looks. Please promptly restore my previous, user-friendly, completely satisfactory version ASAP.

    Why do I need to switch to old mail everytime, quit pushing what no one wants!!!

    Bring back the old version. This one doesn't look good, doesn't always work and doesn't tell me how much mail in my folders!

    Yes this new mail is rubbish. Why change something for no reason.
