    There is no drop down menu!!! Put that option right out there on the screen so that we can find it!!! STOP messing with the e-mail!

    This is SOOO FREAKING FRUSTRATING!!!!, I have been trying to send AN ATTACHMENT TO MYSELF ALL DAY and what should take 5 min has turned in to HOURS, When it attaches a file I CANNOT EVEN SEE A SEND BUTTON AFTER I HAVE ATTACHED THE FILE!! OMG !! LIKE SERIOUSLYYYYY!!! Like shouldn't we at least BE GIVEN THE OPTION TO CHOOSE HERE? WOOOWWWWWWWW

    This new mail is terrible. I can no longer get autofill on contacts and also can't assign contacts to Lists. Why does Yahoo not address these negative comments? I spoke with them on the phone and they will help me for a fee. Nonsense! They tell me it is impossible to switch back even though Help says it is.

    Trying to "select all" on current page in order to delete only the unwanted emails. "Select all" does not work. When I previously updated to new look, "select all" selected every single email in my whole email - all thousands of them. Obviously I was not able to perform the desired function.

    Cannot open some of the sites that I did before????? Tried to forward some mail and it could not find my contacts. I opened a common site that I used and it went to the log on page for 1 second and blank????? Boo Hoo!!!!!

    Bring back basic. The new version is terrible. If I wanted Gmail, I would get Gmail!!!

    PLEASE bring back the classic email format and STOP changing it...at LEAST give everyone a choice to keep the previous version...that'll be the best way for people to really vote on what they want. Everybody seems to constantly want to fix or change things that aren't broken in the first place and that usually drives away customers. When is someone going to figure out there is value in a sense of familiarity with a particular system. To this day I am still frustrated about how Marissa Mayer ruined the original Classic email. Thousands of users begged for that to be brought back ...to no avail. She dumbed down the original classic version by removing certain options and changing the look and function. I would have happily became a paying customer to get the original version back !! Now, we finally get used to her dumbed down version of classic/basic only to have change forced on us again??? PLEASE STOP!! Why not listen to your customers for a change??

    Please please bring back classic mail. I have work to get out and cannot figure it out. I am so frustrated right now I would switch to gmail or hotmail if it would not cause me more angst.

    Please don't switch, I don't like it!! I don't like it! I want it all to remain the same. You change without any regard to users! I want the old version back, NOW!
