    My idea is that you READ what people have written and RESOLVE THEM. Clearly people are not happy with the changes that have been made. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE restore the PREVIOUS version.

    Also there's no point responding if you are not going to acknowledge what people have shared and work to resolve it.

    It is the worst. First, let me scroll down through all my emails. I don't want to cycle through numbered pages. Second, even in the "classic" view it looks awful. Third, why can I not drag and drop an email into a folder??? Why would I want to open the email then go to a dropdown menu to file an emaiil. So many extra steps. Should I continue? I don't want tabs. If I want to create a new folder, let me do it on the left side where the folders are, no need to open a tab to do this. Where is the preview window??? Just go back to what worked! It is obvious by all these comments that no one likes this!!!

    The New Design is a failure. Revert or offer the option to continue using the original platform that we are all accustomed to now.

    This entire new layout is absolute **** and garbage.

    Hey why don't you stop messing with Classic email and taking away functionality and even a dark mode. Stop pushing us to the new mail that nobody wants. Shameless effort to make the new mail look better by making classic email worse. Horrible.

    Whatever idiot that works at Yahoo that was bored and decided to "fix" something that wasn't broken...just fire them. They screwed up huge, and your users are not happy about it! Maybe pay attention to the feedback, because I am yet to see a single positive comment! You can only see one page of emails at a time, you can't choose a selection of emails at once, and the version on the phone, you don't even have options on the layout! Yahoo is force feeding us this BS and users aren't having it. This is absolutely enough for me to make the long overdue switch to Google. Heads up, Yahoo...you're an OLD mail service, most people can't figure out WHY I even still have Yahoo...it was simple so I didn't want to change. I HIGHLY suggest you go back to the old version, or you will shutdown due to lack of users!

    This update makes Yahoo mail like a beta version of email. Were your programmers bored and looking for something to do for grins? I don't want to select each email individually to delete, I would like to be able to select a whole block at a time. Fix this

    I dont think so...
    the new one is horrible, a embarrassement

    I cant even drag and drop mails to folders
    and cant change between 2 accounts

    I dislike the new version of yahoo email and when I go back to supposedly the old version it is not the same!! When I receive emails I do not recognize I use to be able to block them, now I cannot! You need to fix this problem ASAP!! Plus you cannot change the background color. I may close my yahoo account for good if this continues!
