this Yahoo Basic is completely cripled, ugly and non-user-friendly and the "New" mail is so buggy and non-functional with a bunch of useless "features" that don't work and make it impossible o use for even the most basic functions - your experiment has been a complete failure, just bring back the functional classic mail that everyone wants.

I HATE THIS NEW FORMAT AND THE COLORS. BRING BACK THE OLD BASIC EMAIL. STOP TRYING TO "FORCE THESE IMPROVEMENTS" ON US. THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE OLD BASIC EMAIL

Yahoo you have gotten soft!. Lets return to the Midwest way of doing business. SIX Holidays, NO Flex Time, start at 8:00 work past 5:00pm. PTO is 10 days for years 1-5, which include sick and vacation time. NO free coffee, no Gym memberships, no free Lunches. If you return to our environment, you will think clearer and not roll out such email trash...Wake up !!

aHH! Looking forward to weekend in OHIO as summer finishes up in 4 weeks, and I get REAL Cranky!!, So I'll burn OHIO Coal outside, fire high capacity rifles, and talking republican politics, then catch up on Yahoo! email at night,..wait! what did I see in NEW MAIL BASIC, bad fonts, crazy blue background, YaHOO! start the reductions in Force!!!, lets return to OLD BASIC, with option to return TO OLD CLASSIC. lets do this before winter Sept 1!

I get the feeling some folks still have OLD CLASSIC Email, SOME don't. SINCE I'm ROTTEN to the Core, it appears I get "NEW MAIL BASIC"

If not every single Yahoo user on here wants the Old Version of New Yahoo Mail Basic Back, there's at LEAST More than HALF of us on here who want the OLD VERSION of Yahoo Mail Basic BACK...we want the Original Classic Version of it.
So I am aware Yahoo is the ONLY email server some people use, but as a tip, if you HATE the new layout as much as I do, you need to start exploring other servers because if we don't do anything ourselves & continue to use their server, they're NOT going to take any action thinking: "They're still using our server, so they must like the new version of it," when in reality, we all hate it. And there's nothing wrong with doing a form of a "protest" (even if it's not really a protest), but all the Yahoo users who HATE the new version need to be able to come together and take action. And how we do that is by NOT using their server until THEY take action to change it back.
You can still use the same type of email, but it would just be a different server rather than yahoo. This is NOT a real email address as far as I'm aware of, but an example would be jmanila1090@gmail.com. There are loads of other email servers out there like Gmail, Mail.com, Aol.com, Zoho.com, Protonmail.com, and of course there is Outlook.com, but I'm not huge on it due to the fact of them forcing their new layout on their users and did not keep their old layout without anyway of their users going back to the old layout. I still need to go through my other hotmail emails, but I deleted quite a bit of them and there's only 1 main one on hotmail that I typically use.
So I will be taking a hiatus until further notice. If Yahoo chooses NOT to go back to the OLD BASIC CLASSIC version of their inbox style by the time I come back to check again, I will start deleting those emails one by one as well. You can still keep your current Yahoo address, but when you create a new one elsewhere, you can have your Yahoo one as a back up if absolutely needed and just use the new one you created and lay off using Yahoo's server and Hopefully, that'll get the message across to them, but we ALL have to take our own form of action before they can take action and change it back. If they never change it back to their old version, then they will lose me for good.
