    i concur! I DIDNT ASK FOR A CHANGE. PLEASE PUT MY EMAIL BACK AS IT WAS FUNCTIONALLY MUCH BETTER.

    seems a lot of people have voted for the old classic mail, and so am I. I understand that you are trying to help to make a new look, and you are trying your best to update old classic mail as much as you can, I agree only if the new basic mail will be faster and also I can change the fonts and color of the "my signature" like the old classic and add more messages after my signature. Otherwise, the old classic is just fine and so friendly to use. Thanks

    Bring back classic email! the print is way too small on this new one and it can't be changed.

    Once again, Yahoo has changed the interface, apparently for the sake of change itself. Yahoo needs to stop listening to the mental diarrhoea of *****-smoking half-wits, and only make changes when there are actual improvements involved. Whoever is behind the latest changes, especially the *management* behind them, should be fired immediately.

    Hello Yahoo, you really should apologize fir the way you are torturing your users with this hellish new email. I thought for a while maybe some Russian hackers had taken over, but I doubt even they could do such a terrible job!

    So Yahoo!, by now you have FIRED 95% of the staff, and your now ONBOARDing some young engineers, Please alert these young folks not to make the same mistake with next generation email.
    BTW, save time and money and return OLD EMAIL BASIC ASAP at your cost. ALSO
    say your sorry....goes long way

    Provide a "lock in basic mail" control, so that there no automatic switching to that "latest and greatest" piece of garbage.

    So, there is no chance to change back to Yahoo classic. So I will give you no chance for any good feedback on any social media platform.

    You should know better when people get used to a format for performing a job you shouldn't change it. They will get lost. you can add up options to it not change it dramatically.
    It is not like clothing & fashion. Every year new color and new style.

    the NEW mail which is a waste of time - mine anyway. BASIC MAIL was always easy to use. Any UPGRADE should retain the ease of use feature. The NEW MAIL is anything BUT easy to use. Remember the Rule Of Thumb: IF IT AIN'T BROKE - DON'T FIX IT!

    Also, what's with the 'edit' function when replying to a message (that includes the previous email). When you hit edit, you get loads of java script before the actual message.

    bring back the old version!

    why does the cursor go to the address bar when you hit 'reply' to an email. It would be much more convenient to go straight to the body of the text, so you can start typing a reply.

    Sort by sender : where did it go. Your customers use email in lots of ways and some need to Sort by sender : often just to delete a lot of repeat mail for example. Yahoo broke this : and why? Such an easy function to implement

    You have removed functions ( eg Sort by sender / block sender ( domains ) ) reduced functionality : made it less easy to use and changed the front end for no usability gain ( for the user ) at all. The only question is why ? Why invest on making something worse for a significant number of users ?
    Provide the functions we have always had, any many of us actually pay for.

    So many people wrote on this forum to switch back to the classic look and You ignored it.
    You behave like companies which are in monopoly position and don't care for the others opinion.
    Switch back to the classik mail.
