I can't find anything now that the whole page is one big splat of words. My background made me happy, and you took that away. My eye has NO IDEA where to go. I feel like I am being punished. Let the old schoolers keep the legacy site, and force NEW users to use your sub-par new version. Otherwise, I'll just move everything to Gmail. Compared to the new Yahoo, Gmail is better - and Gmail sucks.

You also hid UNREAD behind ACTIONS. Now you have to not only click UNREAD or STARRED, but you have to click APPLY. More steps. Less convenient.

This is by far the WORST update. This has completely changed my entire work flow and forces you to 'Click" more than needed. Limiting the amount of emails per page, not being able to see previews of attachments prior to downloading, having to upload ONE attachment individually... ALL SUCKS! Whoever decided on this update obviously does not know simplicity or good work flow. Instantly leaving yahoo because of this.

Listen to your Users. We do not want your new mail format. Look at the comments and descriptions that are shown. "Go Woke, Go Broke". It will happen if you don't listen.

It's harder to move email and difficult to search. We'll be moving to Google if this continues. This made my job as a volunteer running an organization much more difficult.

Your new e-mail account design, look, unfriendly user approach. Approve, Apply, is all stupid and we all hate it!! Why do you NOT WANT YOUR CUSTOMER/USER BASE AND MARKET to be happy with you?!! Why do something or even after the fact, keep it in place when obviously NO ONE WANTS NOR APPROVES OF IT?!!!

I see literally no improvement in anything in this new format, whereas there are many things that now seem more difficult, inconvenient, or simply nonsensical. At the moment, I am searching for an email from years ago, and since I know what folder it is in, this would once have been fairly straightforward because I could scroll through the entire folder to the year I know it's from and locate it. Now, because the ridiculous new format only shows a limit of 20 emails at a time, doing this would take considerably longer. Further, the search box does not seem to discriminate among folders, so any search seems to bring up results from all folders, making this method not at all efficient. Overall, I wish you would stop fixing things that aren't broken; what is the purpose of an update that changes all kinds of features that were working fine to make them more cumbersome and time-consuming?

This new yahoo belongs to Russia not good people. I hope they fire the idiot that came up with it. I feel like I own a rolex but the inside is worse then a cheap $2 watch. I will be switching and I will be getting as many followers as I can. I hope we put you out of business.

Your previous version of mail was fine. Your classic version you have now is awful and your new version is even worse. Why are you trying to drive away your customer base? Fewer users mean less ad revenue. I will continue to use Yahoo mail but I'll have to find a different program to view it.

many important emails just no longer make it to my in box. WTF was wrong with the old Email? when l signed up, you said it would be free forever, just watch a few ads now and then. WTF??

Ford discovered efficiency by apply less motions to cut time and costs. Industrial engineering shows less motions = more efficiency. Didn't your coders learn from the Jobs-Wozniak-PacMan story that less motions are more efficient ? Toooo many extra steps. Hate so many emails per page.......... look..look. for arrows. Two steps to move emails to folders. Signature line has no options when the old options could use color. Change to change isn't always great. Old Yahoo much more attractive and efficient. Please give your coders lessons on efficiency........ too many added steps now.

!00% ruined yahoo mail. Now takes more clicks to complete any task. How do you rename a file. It was simple before. I'm so sick of this. You just had your idiot engineers try to justify their jobs by screwing this up. I could go on and on, but why bother
