    in my opinion , something is extremely xxxx wrong & weird with YOU people, after ALL of us kept telling YOU people WE DO NOT like your xxxx "new" Mail- what kind of BS again? WE are wasting so much time to send YOU people the same messages again / again with ALL the dirty words (BS & fxxx)- We like the OLD ones b/c NEW ones look like fxxxing BS -it is NOT convenient/weird. DO NOT change back & forth, fxxxing BS like that ,OK?!

    Please, please switch back to the old version. Your new versions just fouls things up. Now all except 2 of my "sent" messages have disappeared.

    Was this new email system designed by children? It's hard to believe that an educated adult could mess it up this badly.
    Is it possible to revert back to where I was before I made the mistake of switching?
    Is anyone out there from Yahoo? Right now there are 3556 comments, all negative as far as I can tell, and still no resolution.
    It's a real pain to switch email after years of using one service, but here goes.

    The suggested yahoo way of removing linked email addresses from your home page DOES NOT WORK. Now why does that not surprise me?

    It says click onto the settings icon. Well first of all you have to find it on the top of the page, no icon is displayed next to it like in the yahoo example.

    Next you go into more settings - THERE ARE NONE. Next just click and remove.

    SOUNDS SIMPLE BUT NO SETTINGS ICON, THEN NO MAILBOXES APPEAR LIKE IN THE EXAMPLE TO DELETE, NO "MORE SETTINGS" to complete this function. It's all ****.

    I do not like this version of Yahoo. Please take it back to how it was. I cannot delete email addresses that auto-fill in anymore. I hate the little icons against the names.

    Dear geniuses at Yahoo,
    please read the feedback you're getting, it should be clear that the only party interested in the new yahoo basic mail is yahoo itself. We, the users, don't like it (I'm being kind here), that much should be obvious. If you want us to switch to another provider all you have to do is ask. There is no need for these guerilla tactics trying to scare us away with another "upgrade" which actually is a downgrade.
    So please, use this feedback section for actual product improvement and not just as a means to fool us into thinking that our opinion matters.
