    I HATE the new format!! Give me the OLD format back,.I get too many emails to not be able to delete 50/100 at once.I HATE HATE HATE HATE the new Basic format!!!

    So every day I log in and switch to CLASSIC or BASIC email, a real pain. So seven days ago I see that option is gone, and I'm stuck with NEW Email BASIC, so I get mad and punch the laptop and break it, beyond repair, and hand is broke with lots of bleeding, so I drive to the clinic and ER cost is 6969.69
    Laptop cost is 699.99. Plus I got speeding ticket on the way to the clinic for 169.99, ALL this for BAD EMail, and I have not worked since 2014, with NO degree. USED to be able to say ya had one, not so much now....Guess I'll be writing LOTS of comments

    Lets Go Back TO CLASSIC/OLD BASIC. Yahoo! Engineers and Management team Should use NEW Mail BASIC and Other New Mail, for 7-8 years and post feedback for us to read!

    Attention Yahoo! So the background color is really bad. Terminate the team that created that.
    Bring back Classic email, at your cost, with no cost to users, and make it faster, this is 2019 !!
    Wake up Yahoo, work on email and quit worrying about gun control and the environment!

    Totally agree with all the other comments on here. It is absolute rubbish, nobody likes it. Utter Nonsense. Dont fix what isnt broken. Or are the management to thick in there heads to listen to comments from the public? Remember the Customers are always right! Or do we need to set up a petition to oust the boss out of Yahoo, and like the public run the company? After all WE would do a better job than you usless lot. WE DEMAND YOU PUT IT BACK, OR THIS WILL GO MUCH FURTHER!

    The new basic mail doesn't give enough options, e.g., previews. The more advanced doesn't give me a count of new messages in spam. And I don't want Unread to include anything except Inbox

    I've got to know....How many poor users have made the MISTAKE on switching from NEW MAIL BASIC to NEW YAhoo Mail? if so, first I'm am sorry....Big mistake, second, consider using GMAIL....
    and finally please reach out to YAHOO! as they worry about the wrong issues!

    The "new classic" will not allow the accessing of the mail groups while preparing a message

    I literally see blurry and double when I am looking at the list of emails in whatever box. It's maddening. And they don't give a ****.

    I agree. I cannot even access my "mail groups" and it will not recognize the backup email address that I have used for years.

    Many times I would receive good mail in with the junk mail and could sort it out. Not I don't have that option.. The new format stinks
