    I hate it so bad! I guess there's no way to switch back to classic? Looks like they have finally run me off. I have complained with each 'upgrade' but obviously they couldn't care less if we like the changes or not huh? I'm changing email servers now and phasing out my yahoo account. Once all my contacts have my new address I'll no longer use yahoo again :(

    Did you hire an Micro$oft trained engineer" Clickity clickity click, click, click. Takes more clicks to do the same thing. Ugly interface. Simpler is better. I didn't allow the changeover, you forced it on me. Not a happy camper.

    I do not like my email set up! I want it changed back to the Classic, or I will simply go somewhere else,.

    Please bring back basic email. I hate the look and feel of this "new basic" I agree with with the people who say "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" !!!!!!

    Many of the features of the new Yahoo mail does not work
    I have used Yahoo mail for more than 15 years. I am leaving.

    Many of the cosmetic features in this new basic are unneeded and unwanted. You've hobbled the new basic it's practically useless. The full featured version's layout and design is so bad which makes also unusable. Give us the option to use the old version.

    Just do it. Don't you have enough data yet? Thousands have commented that they don't like it and want to original basic back and yet you simply say you're what, "gathering data"? Come on people! LISTEN!

    My idea is to give me a choice to stay with classic email. You just changed it without my approval. I HATE THIS NEW SERSION. I WANT MY CLASSIC EMAIL BACK

    Bring back classic mail. We the people never asked for it to be change. Especially, without the option of changing it back.

    Stop demanding that Yahoo bring back Classic. They got rid of it years ago and it's not coming back. When they removed it, they came out with a fancy email and also "Basic." I use basic. But a couple of weeks ago, they changed "Basic" and it's horrible.

    The screen jumps to another location/position as you're typing when you're replying to an email. Why does it do that? It's really annoying, Also, the font is way too small, and they removed the arrows that were added in a Fwd. email (I did that because I comment WITHIN email text sometimes and the arrows made it easier to differentiate between new and old text).

    Also, you have to click "Edit" to be able to respond to an email WITHIN the text of the sender's email. Who's the genius that said, "Hey, let's add an unnecessary step when replying to an email"?

    They are not listening to us here. But there is one way to make your voice heard. Either use yahoo email less or not at all.

    You've changed classic mail so that it basically looks the same as the "new" mail. Why do you think so many of us prefer the original Yahoo mail??? We don't want to use gmail. If we didn't, we wouldn't be using Yahoo. Bring it BACK!!!! You're a company that arrogantly ignores its users!!

    The only improvement you can make is to get rid of new Yahoo Basic along with the people who introduced it. From a perfectly good system it is now unusable. I have given up waiting for common sense to prevail and for you to change it back to the Classic Mail. I am now looking for a new provider. What a totally ridiculous situation!!
